The highlight of our stay was definitely the kindness and hospitality of the entire staff, who made us feel very welcome. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the train station, with beautiful views, clean, cozy and comfortable facilities, and a very good breakfast. Absolutely fantastic, the people where so extraordinary helpful, the hotel is so child friendly and our girls got to feed the rabbits absolutely a highlight our our stay - and when we ate in the restaurant they where able to customize the order so our daughter also ate it (she is very picky 🙈)

This place is wonderful! The rooms are on the smaller side but the amenities make up for it. They offer free breakfast, free tea and coffee all day, and the restaurant onsite has great dinners with local dishes- food was delish! There are also a few rooms to lounge in- one is set up as a library/reading room, another is a game room and then there is also a small area for kids. Ping pong table downstairs too! Entire place is very well taken care of and the staff are amazing! 10/10 on customer service! Views from the balconies are wonderful!

Everything was clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. They made you feel like you were family. The breakfast was fantastic and they make custom coffee or chocolate. Staff was also able to help with advice for things to see. They have a chef and you can have dinner at the hotel if desired. The hotel also does your laundry for a small fee. Very useful if you are traveling light. We loved our stay!

The staff are so helpful and attentive, they go above and beyond. Thomas also shared a lot of knowledge about the hikes around the area that was super helpful to us. The property is wonderful: cozy, comfortable, clean. We were fortunate to have a corner room with a balcony and the views are amazing. There is a shared fridge in the lobby you can use, there are also extra hiking poles if needed. We also loved seeing the bunnies when we come in at the end of the day.

AMAZING HOTEL in Wengen. Walking distance to the train station. Very clean, simple room. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Very helpful staff who truly care about their job and hotel. Excellent views, very close to trail that leads you down to Lauterbrunnen. It’s a downhill walk and the views are stunning. We would definitely stay here again. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.
