A truly horrifying experience.
We booked this property through Hotels.com, but no contact details for the property were shared. We attempted to reach the hotel through the app, but received no response whatsoever.
After enduring over 14 hours of travel, including several hours stuck in traffic between Bhuntar and Kasol, we finally arrived past midnight, only to be told by the staff that they would not honor our online booking. We were informed that they only accept offline bookings and were asked to pay again if we wished to stay.
Being treated this way after such a long and exhausting journey was completely unacceptable. The staff’s attitude was rude, unprofessional, and utterly indifferent to our situation.
I expect a full refund for this booking. Hotels.com must also take responsibility for listing and facilitating bookings for a property that refuses to honor confirmed online reservations.
After giving them a pushback they handed over their staff room so that we stay for a couple of hours. The room was extremely dirty and absolutely pathetic! Check Pictures.
Avoid this property at all costs.
