Great location by the canal. The building and the apartment need proper maintenance e.g. broken floor, working microwave but hard to close, water in toilet tank run continuously. Nice furniture, but the apartment itself was a bit dark because it faced the inner courtyard.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The directions were excellent. The apartment was small, nicely furnished and decorated, and had everything we needed. The apartment made me feel like i at home. The amenities offered was everything neede for a great time to relax and just stay in and relax. The outdoors overlook was very nice,can't wait to come back in the warmer months for more fun and adventure. The parking garage was well lit and i felt safe walking to my car at night.

The service was excellent. I was impressed by the amount of security; this led to a better sense of well-being. The room was exceptionally clean. Everything was in its proper place. The instructions were spot-on. The parking garage was an added plus, no need to worry about your vehicle being out on the street at night. I highly recommend this facility!

The thermostat didn't work so I got to spend the night in a 60 degree room. The Internet could not connect to the TVs and the instructions to get the keys were so bad it took 30 minutes just to figure out how to get in the building. I never got the key card to park my car. Response and assistance typically took several hours or overnight. Save yourself the trouble and get a hotel.
