Great place to stay everything was close. Staff was nice

8/10 Very good

This hotel is very well located, close to the most of the museums in town and the good restaurants too. Very good place to explore the city. The only thing to be aware is the noise, so if you are a light sleeper, this may be a problem. However, this is not a problem of the hotel itself, I think every single hotel in the DT area will have the same problem.

La Casona De Don Lucas is perfectly located right in the heart of Guanajuato. Everything is within walking distance — La Plaza, Teatro Juárez, the famous tunnels, Universidad de Guanajuato, the Mercado, great restaurants, and all the main tourist sites. They also offer a nice small breakfast buffet to start your day. We highly recommend requesting a room with a balcony for stunning views of the plaza and church. The staff is super friendly and always happy to provide recommendations.

Large clean room. Staff were great, breakfast was good but it was cold due to the outdoor air

10/10 Exceptional

The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was great! However, the a/c did not function properly in two out of the three rooms we had. This was the third time we stayed at this hotel and did not have an issue in our previous stays. Hopefully they fix the a/c in these rooms which were reported to the front desk.
