This was a very nice hotel in a great location. I would have given this stay a better rating except for one thing. As an English guest , who always selects breakfast as the in house option, I was extremely disappointed to find that at breakfast the hot drink option was predominantly coffee ( which I don’t drink), fruit juice/ water and herbal style teas ( same in hotel room) but no English breakfast or Indian style teas. I wasn’t the only English guest who commented on this. Please get some English style tea:)

Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend.

Helpful staff, spacious room, and great location. Only negatives are the house keepers only gave 1 hand towel even though 2 guests stay in our room, and the toilet paper was not replenished. So we had to request the towel snd toilet paper every day which was inconvenient. Also no heater if not winter season even though it’s 50’s outside, but the hotel provided us the portable heater.
