It's a charming little hotel in an old building, well maintained overall. The room was clean. Very nice AC - quiet and powerful. On the other hand, the thermostat is very bright, facing the bed and it was impossible to dim it, it was very annoying at night. The owner let me check in around 9am when I arrived, which was very nice. He was quite rude when I lost my key card, charged me 5 euros (a bit excessive for a piece of plastic imo) and "forgot" to give a receipt. Also, there was a bit of a funny routing smell in the room, though it became much better after I mentioned it to the owner.

Good small hotel near CDG

Great small hotel not far from CDG. Room was small but sufficient. Bathroom was small too, but functional. The best part? The service, not only at the hotel, but also at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Parking is advertised as "Free uncovered onsite self parking", but in fact it's public parking across the street which is "disk-regulated" except for overnight (I think 7p-8:30a).

This is a little gem of a hotel. Ok language was challenging, no English and I had forgotten most of my French.. but they couldn’t have been more welcoming. Room was clean and tidy. Menu, though limited was tasty. If you want an authentic French experience rather than an impersonal international, this is a good choice, Would definitely stay there again.

Welcoming property manager/owner and restaurant staff. I wish they would issue an instructions sheet to travelers because there where times I had to ask how a feature had to be used, i.e. have to insert room security card into slot to make the lights stay on. Otherwise, please with the price to value ratio.
