Good hotel potential but has short falls.

Nicely located hotel with great potential, but misses the mark in a couple areas. The room itself is nicely furnished to a point, but things like utensils and plates are additional cost you need to request. In addition, there is no real front desk and the location is shared with "Chestersons" so it's very confusing when checking in or getting help. When getting help you need to call a number. It was not clear you need to make reservations for breakfast and the staff from "Chestersons" will not help at all, even though they're all the same property. Family went hungry the first morning.

작년에 르컬렉티브 쓰리룸 첫 방문 후 뷰도, 서비스도, 청결도도 가족들 모두 너무 만족해서 원래 휴가지가 속초가 아니었음에도 굳이 르컬렉티브를 가려고 속초까지 왔을 정도인데요. 분명 예약페이지에는 작년에 묵었던 방 구조의 사진이어서 의심없이 예약했는데 한번 더 확인할 걸 그랬어요… 이름은 같은 쓰리룸이지만 뷰는 반짝이는 상점뷰… 중간에 기둥이 있어 좁아보이는 거실과 주방ㅠㅠ (작년엔 정말 주방과 거실이 탁 트이고 예뻐서 사진찍기도 좋았는데…) 청결도는 그래도 괜찮았습니다. 쓰리룸도 여러가지 타입이 있다고 써주시면 혼동이 덜 할 것 같아요. 그래도 이 가격에 수영장, 치유인 사우나까지 무료이용 가능이라 가성비, 가심비 너무 좋아요~ 9월부터는 추가요금 발생한다고 되어 있긴 한데 사우나는 작지만 시간만 잘 맞춰가면 한적하고 수질 관리, 락커룸 관리도 잘해주셔서 좋습니다.

작년에 가족여행때 방문하고 맘에들어 이번에도 똑같은 방을 예약을 했는데 청소가 잘 안되어 있는 부분이 많았습니다. 도저히 계속 머무르기가 찝찝해서 숙박업체(르컬렉티브)에 컴플레인을 했고, 흔쾌히 방을 바꿔주셔서 좀 더 깨끗한 방에서 잘수있었습니다. 현관, 식탁, 식탁의자, 싱크대 등이 깨끗이 청소가 안되어 있었는데 그 부분은 특히 신경써주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

사진과 같을 정도로 숙소는 깨끗했어요.. 침구도 깨끗했어요.. 약간의 얼룩은 있었지만 그정도야~~ 수영장도 있고 층간소음도 없고 좋았어요.. 커피머신과 캡슐과 생수가 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 1박만 한게 아쉬웠어요.. 앞에 청초호가 있어서 밤에 산책갈수 있어서 좋았어요
