Staff was friendly and provided all information needed. Room was larger then most for the price which was unexpected. Located in a good area for travel, close to public transit stations.

Clean and friendly staff. Room a bit on the smaller side and a bit warm. When using the AC, an odd smell came out so we decided

Large room with a washer/dryer combo unit in the room. Separate bathroom and washroom. Large comfy beds that are softer for American tastes, although rather cramped with a family of 4 staying there.

This was an excellent location just about 5mins away from the JR station with lots of local small businesses around with great drinks, food and more. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!! Overall it was such a great find and would recommend. Took us about 10mins to Dotonbori with the JR train. They also hold your luggage as needed.

Location location location! Two train stops from Shinjuku is the trump card of all. Quietness and coziness in the neighborhood. Choice of traditional room for the taste of Japan. Only setback is the lonely cockroach corpse rip next to the stairs for two days. Guess they overlooked somehow. But the rest is perfect.

It’s a nice property. The front desk person at check-in wasn’t friendly.

Really spacious room for Japan, with washing machine and small kitchenette. The only downside I found was that the hall outside the rooms was open aired, and the entrance to the unit (where the bathroom and kitchen are) is very cold. There is another door for the room so that part is heated though.

Comfortable stay… away from downtown Osaka

Staff were not necessarily friendly( compared to other hotels in Japan) but managed to check us in with no issues. However, the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I particularly liked that there was a washing machine and a dryer feature in the shower … we managed to dry our clothes! It was located in a quieter part of Osaka but within transportation distance to downtown.

A nice apartment-like hotel with staff who can speak Mandarin and some English. The hotel room itself was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to a grocery/general store (~7 minutes by walking), a convenience store (~4 minutes by walking), and a metro station (which is by the grocery store). At the front desk, there's one-time-use toothbrushes and toothpaste, q-tips, and other basic amenities which we found to be helpful.
