I was looking to escape the tourist traps in Dubrovnik and stumbled upon this charming hotel right by the beach. Just a short three-minute walk down a set of stairs led to a secluded spot where locals swim and relax. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning.

Very Good Stay

They have a horizon pool overlooking the Adriatic which we never used for swimming, but we used it to have a wider view of a tremendous thunderstorm which passed over one night, a storm from which we saw plenty of lightning strikes from our comfy balcony. Breakfast is good with eggs clearly from real free-range hens evidenced by the rich orange-colored yolks, common in the Balkans. Meanwhile, the proprietor, in his youth, spent several years in the Western United States. Taxi to Dubrovnik may be wise as we found parking extremely difficult in Dubrovnik.

There are no working AC in the lobby and no working light in the hall way. Mold on the walls in the rooms. Breakfast buffet and swimming pool are nice. Not a lot of restaurants around.

The view from the pool deck is amazing. The bedding was a bit odd-sheets didnt fit the bed, exposing the mattress. No mini fridge in the room or usb outlets. Free Breakfast is limited to cold cereal or eggs. Dinner is 20 Euros and absolutely disgusting. Appears to be defrosted frozen food. The staff were all helpful. A lot of german tourists and tv plays german programs, when working.

Potrebbe essere un gioiellino. Posizione fantastica sul mare, piscina a sfioro sulla baia. Un po difficile da trovare, dalla statale non è ben segnalato dove girare. Spiaggetta con due ristorantino a 5 minuti molto carina. Parcheggio esterno davanti l’entrata. Il villaggio è solo residenziale, non c’è nulla da vedere attorno e serve l’auto o taxi per raggiungere Dubrovnik a circa 15-20 minuti. Però….scegliete le camere vista mare coi numeri 100-107 o 200-207. E assicuratevi di essere nell’edificio moderno (villa 2) e non in quello originale che è un tugurio con odore di muffa, corridoi tristi e poco luminosi. La camera 107 era stata ristrutturata nel 2017 ma è stata lasciata andare. Bel terrazzino con vista spettacolare ma tende staccate e rotte. Maniglia della porta finestra che rimaneva in mano. Materassi molli e separati anche per una doppia matrimoniale. Residui di 5 nidi di vespe sul balcone mio e altri su quello a lato. Non c’è bollitore per te o caffè. Colazione un po’ triste quasi tutta preconfezionata, in un salone anch’esso triste. Personale alla reception molto carino e disponibile.

Exzellent! Tolles Hotel mit super Zimmern. Kostenlose Parkplätze, Video-überwacht. Super perfektes Frühstück. Und ganz tolle Zimmer mit sehr guter Klimaanlage, perfekt regelbar. Dazu noch ein toller Pool auf der Dachterasse.

Veldig fint hotell, som ligger noe i ytterkanten av Dubrovnik. Hjelpsomt personale, fint rom med god størrelse, fin utsikt fra balkongen (vi så ut mot havet, og så derfor også solnedgangen). Frokosten var enkel, men god! Badebassenget lå fint til på taket til hotellet, med havutsikt. Eneste som trekker ned på oppholdet for vår del, var beliggenheten til hotellet. Dog går buss til og fra byen, men dersom man skal til og fra utenom disse tidene- var det vanskelig å få Uber og taxi var dyrt.

O atendimento foi muito bom, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Gabriel, nos deram as orientações que precisávamos, o quarto é bom mas poderia ser melhor se tivesse um frigobar, o café da manhã é bom, mas para brasileiros falta variedade, a localização não é tão boa, precisa de carro ou ônibus para ir até a cidade, mas tem um ônibus que aí do hotel pra lá.

L'hôtel est vraiment génial avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuisble balcon de la chambre. La chambre est confortable propre et une bonne literie. La piscine est top avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et les colines. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et et varié. Le personnel est accueillant et trés serviable. Nous avons pu avoir de bons conseils pour la restauration et les visites. Par contre, il faut impérativement une voiture pour se déplacer mais l'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé.
