Basic hotel in ok location. Very nice welcome at the reception. All the staff members were very polite, friendly and nice. We had a premium room and it was spacious enough, renovated bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the room no. 25 was pretty quiet. No English TV channels nor view from room. The hotel is very close to Perrache metro station. There are pleanty of restaurants, cafés and shops close-by. Unfortunately also quite a lot of homeless people around but they did not disturb anyone.

The hotel is simple but excellent. Very friendly staff, the room was small but very clean and had all the basics (towels for all of us, shower gel/shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc.). The beds were comfortable, and despite being near a busy street, the place was quiet and we slept very well. It was easy to walk to old Lyon, and the staff let us keep our luggage at the hotel free of charge after we checked out and before we were ready to leave the city.

Not a good hotel to stay it if you have a car. Our room was in the ground floor of a scary apartment building next to the hotel. A key FOB was needed to open 2 security doors before getting to the room. This "annex" location was not mentioned by Expedia.
