Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer liess zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig und der Zimmersafe war unbrauchbar, weil die Batterie leer war und sie auch auf Anfrage nicht gewechselt wurde. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒckbuffet war eher klein was im Angebot war, war von guter QualitĂ€t.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con mio marito per quasi una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. A due passi dal mercatino natalizio della città e ad una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione, cosa per noi fondamentale perché lo scopo del viaggio era vedere i mercatini natalizi dell'Alsazia. Personale molto gentile, camera spaziosa e pulita. Insomma ottima esperienza

HÎtel rénové récemment excellent

L'hÎtel a été rénové récemment et cela fait la différence. Il vaut mieux un hÎtel 3 étoiles rénové plutÎt qu'un 4 étoiles vétustes. Le lit est trÚs confortable et les chambres propres. Le petit déjeuner est top avec des produits locaux et des viennoiseries de boulangerie. Ce ne sont pas des viennoiseries industrielles congelées. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de frigo dans les chambres de luxe, j'aurais accepté de payer plus cher pour une chambre avec frigo.

Le sĂ©jour s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ©. L’équipe est trĂšs accueillante et rĂ©ceptive. Une mention spĂ©ciale pour la rĂ©ceptionniste asiatique (veuillez m’excuser pour cette description, je ne connais pas son prĂ©nom mais souhaite nĂ©anmoins la remercier) qui s’est montrĂ©e trĂšs rĂ©active suite Ă  une erreur de lit faite par l’équipe en charge des chambres. Elle nous a Ă©galement conseillĂ© sur les environ de l’hĂŽtel. Merci pour qui vous ĂȘtes ! Points positifs: trĂšs belle dĂ©co moderne et colorĂ©e, bon petit dĂ©jeuner, Ă©quipe Ă  l’écoute et rĂ©active. Point nĂ©gatif: la poussiĂšre dans la chambre, peut-ĂȘtre liĂ©e Ă  la proximitĂ© de la rue et transports. À chacune de nos entrĂ©es dans la chambre il y avait une odeur de poussiĂšre et de renfermĂ© persistante mais, pas le choix on a fini par s’en accommoder. Car mĂȘme en demandant Ă  ce que la chambre soit faite, il n’y avait pas de mĂ©nage (aspirateur, dĂ©poussiĂ©rage) de la chambre juste un changement de serviettes refaire le lit avec les mĂȘmes draps et toujours cette mĂȘme odeur de poussiĂšre.

We booked it last minute, in Europe usually you cannot check in after 8pm so having a 24 hour front desk for travelers is a huge bonus. We just parked on the street but I believe they’re have a garage as well. Also enjoyed check out at noon
