Experiencia positiva

La habitacion y los elementos comunes, la cocina y el baño, son espectaculares, todo nuevo y muy limpio. Cuidan muchos los detalles que se agradecen, poder hacerte un cafe, un te, lo tienes todo a tu disposion. Cerca del centro, a 15 caminando. La experiencia muy positiva. 100% recomendable y si vuelvo a Londres, volvere a este apartamento/habiracion. Si hay que hacer algun comentario, quiza no es negativo, pero no especificado a la hora de reservar, al hacer el cheking te piden 300 libras de fianza, que quiza a lo mejor no todo el mundo puede tener en el momento y si cancelas pierdes lo que hubieras pagado por la habitacion. Creo que deberia ser un tema que a la hora de la reserva se haga saber. La fianza aun no la he recuperado, pero la salida ha sido esta mañana, no creo tener ningun problema de que me la devuelvan. Gracias.

An unexpected property in a very convenient location. Once you’ve figured out the code access (not straightforward but the remote team was quickly responsive), the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Strangely there was no bath towel - only 4 hand towels! Would stay again.

Decent location to tube stations. Reception less so was a bit of a hassle getting into property & rooms as had to phone the owner , but with what’s app it made it easier with the info in front of you. Would stay again but didn’t like the lighting in the property it was too multicoloured led

The dustiest place I have ever been to stay. You put your phone on the table and it will be covered with dust within five minutes. It’s pretty incredible to see that no one has even bothered to do something about it, to be honest… The toilet and bath were shared - it wasn’t stated clearly.

Great price for the location. Only stayed one night. Didn't bother us that we had to leave the room, walk 5 steps to the bathroom. Great shower, with soap. Enough towels. Clean bedding. Fan to keep us cool. Kitchen available but we didn't use. Key code on the door was tricky but we worked it out, nice not needing a key. I'll probably use again. Thanks

wasn't made clear in the listings it was shared bathrooms. due to nature of a house being split into essentially a HMO it was very noisy and the doors didn't feel particularly secure.

It does what it needs to do - it’s like a mini hostel. I was in the room with an en suite but it was noisy. Perfect for a crew of people. Very convenient and reasonably priced so what’s not to like 😜

The location is good and the room is spacious and fairly up to date. The room was quite dusty in places and in need of a deep clean. There were also some items missing, while there was a kettle and teabags, there were no cups and no milk. No fridge to store anything and some of the panels on the vertical blind were broken creating gaps.

The hotel was disappointing. The room was old and not very clean. There was no staff available when needed, and no coffee or tea facilities were provided in the room. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations and could benefit from better maintenance and customer service.

Wasn't made aware there were shared facilities, so had a negative impact on stay. However, the property was very clean. Deluxe triple room was small and the sofa bed not fit for purpose. Awful mattress and could feel the steel frame through it making a good nights sleep impossible. Even a mattress protector of some sort would have made it somewhat better, but nowhere to be seen which is absolutely disgusting with a sheet which kept furling up on the mattress which had stains on it! We would have struggled being 3 in room as even with 2 of us was a juggle as sofa bed took up most of floor space. It also blocked all drawers and cupboard so made them not usable so had to put clothes on floor. Marks on walls everywhere, so room needs a repaint and freshen up. Bathroom basic and very basic lock on door making you feel not very safe when in shower. Nowhere to hang anything and no hooks in bathroom to hang towels despite signs asking you to hang towels to dry after use. Shared kitchen clean. No dishwasher despite signs asking you to put dirty dishes in dishwasher. I will not be coming back.

Felt that the description was intentionally misleading around the shared bathroom. This should be the first thing mentioned! Tried to cancel but was continually referred to the terms and conditions, think this happens quite regularly when you read reviews on other platforms. Don't forget, if you do decide to go, you'll need to make a further deposit! Disappointing but lesson learnt.

Do not stay at this property. The room was filthy, layers of dust on surfaces, the skirting boards looked like they had never been dusted. Mouldy food under the units, beer bottle lids, empty water bottle, blind that do not close, mould on the bathroom ceiling, the previous occupants used and the other residents smoking right outside the window. There is a gas boiler in the bathroom, and no Carbon Monoxide alarm fitted. As it is treated as a rental and not a hotel, this is a legal requirement.

Location was excellent. Close to Central Line underground. Shared kitchen was beautiful, fully stocked and clean. Shared bathroom was also gorgeous. We had the triple room and it was perfect for the two of us. Only issue was getting in the building, initially, as we struggled to open the front door, but this was quickly sorted and we enjoyed our stay. There were other people in the house but we didn't really see them. Would definitely go back for the price!

Horrible experience—avoid this place! First off, the address listed on Hotels.com is incorrect. When I called the owner for clarification, he yelled at me and threatened to cancel our reservation if we didn't arrive by midnight. We managed to check in 20 minutes before midnight, only to find a filthy room. The fan was literally falling apart, the TV didn't work, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. To make matters worse, Hotels.com failed to mention that the bathroom is shared—and it was disgusting. The next morning, the owner eagerly called us at 9:00 AM demanding to know when we were leaving, even though checkout wasn't until 11:00 AM. Customer service is nonexistent here. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Don’t be conned as I was. This is not an hotel. At best it is akin to student digs with plastic flooring (wipe clean finish) steep and winding stairs and tiny rooms. There no reception, no people, nor bar or restaurant; nothing. It’s no more than a DIY flop-house. If I was able to give less than 1 star, I would. Expensive con.
