Manglende mulighed for ladning af el-bil

Fint hotel. God morgenmad. Vi bookede i sidste øjeblik på vej gennem Tyskland og gik efter et hotel hvor vi kunne lade bilen om natten. At komme frem til hvad der kun var nødladere og ingen jordstik i væggen var ret skuffende. Det kostede os en time ekstra dagen efter at køre ud og lade bilen et andet sted!

alles bestens! Super tolles Frühstück, Klimaanlage je nach Bedarf nutzbar, Bar im Hotel ist ebenso zu empfehlen. Wir waren aufgrund einiger Bewertungen etwas skeptisch, wurden aber sehr positiv überrascht. Zur Straße hin laut, aber das eben so im Zentrum einer Stadt. 2 Waschbecken im Bad haben wir auch selten erlebt, sehr angenehm!

Chambre et hôtel à la déco datée mais globalement propre malgré quelques équipements vieillissants et un peu de moisi en haut de la douche. Point fort le petit déjeuner, très bon et avec beaucoup de choix. Point faible, le bruit. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'à côté.

Wir waren als Paar für eine Nacht im Hotel. Obwohl wir etwas vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit vor Ort waren konnten wir direkt unser Zimmer beziehen. Dieses war sauber und ok, die Aussicht auf das angrenzende Parkdeck nicht so schön, vor allem weil dort ein Raucherbereich war und daher die Fenster nur eingeschränkt geöffnet werden konnten. Dafür war das parken auf diesem Parkdeck kostenlos. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin kommen.

The room was spacious and bright. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety. The complementary coffee/tea, and water station at the reception is a nice touch. It also had free access for guests to the gym next door. There are nice restaurants nearby and the downtown area is within walking distance. The downsides: the bottle of water inside the room wasn't complementary (but it's clearly labeled as such). It was only possible to have 1 key to the room (for two persons) & in our room, the sink wasn't draining well. Nevertheless, we still had an enjoyable stay :)

Es sind die Kleinigkeiten die negativ auffallen. Beim Check in ein wenig mehr Empathie. Beim Frühstück mehr Personal, dass die Tische leiser und öfter Zwischendurch abräumt. Gardinen im Zimmer, die die richtige Länge haben und nicht auf dem Boden aufliegen. Ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit, Staubflocken auf dem Schrank. Die Willkommenswasserflasche nicht für übertriebene 3€ verkaufen.

Hotel incrível, moderno, limpo, com água quente e aquecedor. Defeitos são pouca 01) iluminaçao do quarto; 02) manete do chuveiro é muito longa e voce bate nela sem querer, o que muda a temperatura da água; 03) Se voce desliga a luz do quarto todas as luzes da cama são desligadas e voce tem que ligar as luzes da cama novamente se quiser ficar com ela ligadas. Atendimento incrível, todos alemães educados, solicitos e que falam inglês. Aprenderam bem o que é democracia e respeito as pessoas

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Obwohl an einer befahrenden Straße gelegen, hört man vom Verkehr bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz des Hotels ist etwas schlecht ausgeschildert (war bei meinem Aufenthalt durch eine Baustelle kaum sichtbar). Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber, im Bad würde ein Kalkentferner das ganze perfektionieren. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Bads lässt nichts zu wünsche übrig. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sensationell. Sowohl die Quantität als auch die Qualität wahr hervorragend. Summa summarum kann ich dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem Hotel und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. es gibt eine Kostenfrei Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Parkdeck. In der Empfangshalle gibt es rund um die Uhr Kostenfrei Kaffee und Tee und Wasser. Sehr netter Service finden wir. Das Zimmer war jetzt nicht spektakulär Groß, aber für unsere zwecke völlig ausreichend. Das Bad ist dagegen etwas klein wie wir finden, aber bestimmt der Bebauung in Karlsruhe und der Straße geschuldet. Es ging schon für unseren Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches personal und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls ausreichend, wenn gerade kein Personalmangel herrscht, dann läuft auch alles glatt, Für kurzfristige ausfälle kann ja auch keiner etwas. Wir hatten am Schluss (zu Spät bemerkt) eine Doppel Zahlung für unser Zimmer getätigt, die viel uns allerdings erst ein paar Tage später auf. Das wurde auf anfrage aber sofort korrigiert seitens des Hotels und auch ohne jegliche Verzögerung. Der weg zu Fuß in die Stadt ist durchaus in 15-20 min zu schaffen. Karlsruhe ist immer eine Reise wert finden wir. Wir waren einen Tag im Badeparadies und dort auch sehr begeistert und zufrieden, Als Ausflug Tipp bei schlechtem Wetter. Zu der Bar und dem Restaurant können wir nichts sagen, da wir beides nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Wir können das Hotel durchaus weiter Empfehlen. Aber am Enden sollte sich jeder sein eigenes Bild machen, denn die Geschmäcker sind ja bekanntlich sehr unterschiedlich. Schaut es euch einfach mal an.
