No notes. Just an unforgettable stay for our family of 4. No need to even leave the property with the marina at a short and beautiful walking distance and the beach was a 1,000 times better and prettier than Balandra itself. Shout out to an amazing and attentive staff especially Martin and Reymundo from the pool bar and Francisco from Barco who made us the best mezcalitas and negronis ever.

Beautiful hotel, everything cleaned and well maintained. Relaxing and the beach is perfect to swim in! Only complaint is that it’s 15 min drive to the malecon, so unless you plan on eating on property every meal, you have to take a taxi (about 20 bucks) each way to malecón! There is uber but since the hotel is far out they consistently would cancel the rides! But over all it was a beautiful hotel.

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway without the noise of cars or loud music, this is the perfect spot. The hotel is just 15 minutes from the Malecón, yet it feels wonderfully safe and quiet — exactly what we love. I enjoyed an incredible massage during my stay, and we’re already planning to return next year.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! From the warm welcome to the delicious food at Barco. The pool was delightful and perfect to cool down with the swim up bar. Our views were beautiful of the Sea of Cortez and the pool. We especially enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We also enjoyed our spa experience. It was a nice location by the marina, it was private and secure. We would definitely recommend to others and we will for sure be back.

The bartender at the pool (Raymundo) was excellent. He was very polite and very attentive however he could have had some assistance during the high visitors in the pool. Also Roberto (waiter) at the beach was very friendly and accommodated us well. Visitors need to be aware that this hotel was about 15 minutes out of the town. It’s a beautiful place to relax.
