We stayed September 10-13 for our anniversary. We had such a great time. We got there to check in and everyone was so nice and helpful. When we went into our cabin it smelled clean. It was very surprising we stay away a lot and the kitchen units were not to this standing. Our cabing was great for the two of us. We had a king bed clean and comfortable the kitchen was were stocked with all the comforts of comedies pots and pans silverware and utensils plates glasses and cups seriously like home. The grounds were very clean with a heated in ground pool. We had access to a grill and that looked brand new very clean.the area had a few things to do old orchard beach ocean views i love lighthouses so we went on a lighthouse hunt we saw 3 in the area. Very convenient shopping at hannaford plenty of fast food establishments. I can not say enough great things about the Elm Wood. The only negative thing i can say is the bathrooms are small. We loved it here and have plans to go again next year. One more thing... I have told our families and friends to go here in just saying that you know it has to be a great time ☺️

What a lovely little spot! My cabin was clean, well stocked, and cozy. The staff was accommodating to my late check in and early departure. The property is close to the beach, highway, and numerous retail/dining options. Portland is just 25-30 minutes away. I definitely recommend Elmwood Motor Court!

Great Stay.

Had an amazing time. Family friendly. The kids will enjoy it and it is safe as it is off away from the road. They have pool, rec hall and other activities on the ground. Grills are provided, the owners are super helpful and amazing, the cottages are all up to date and the motel units are as well equipped with central ac as well as ac in the cabins. If your looking for a quaint little spot with that woodsy feeling this is the place.

The property was on a main road but we were at the far end and it was quiet. The cabin was recently refurbished. Had a king size bed, a sitting area with 2 chairs and a table and a kitchen with small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom was tiny, actually had to wash my face in the kitchen sink :) Had bbq grills, shuffleboard, pool. Very much a campground feel.

The cleanest, cutest place ever! The person doing maintenance could be seen all the time, mowing the lawn, emptying common area trash cans, cleaning the picnic tables. Everything was kept up very well. Our stand alone cottage looked like it had recently been painted. Nothing was worn looking, or neglected. The bed was super comfortable, and it was great having a little kitchen. The pool is located so that everyone could see it, yard games, arcade room, gas grills for use. Trolly stop being on property was a plus. We weren’t traveling with young children, but I could see how this would be a great place to go and save money while having access to the downtown area and beaches. I would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Elmwood Motor Court! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and had the perfect camping feel while still offering all the comforts we needed. The little cabins are charming, and there was plenty of space for our family of five. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly place to stay. Fun vacation

This was ok , if you’re looking for affordable place to stay with a family. Only suggestion would be upgrade the mattresses. Staff was friendly. Kids had a blast it more like a camping vibe. Close to Old Orchard Beach.
