The property reflected what was advertised. Pros: gym, view from roof terrace, helpful staff. Cons: only about half of the washing and drying machines were working, the family room apartments have very small windows.

Check in was smooth. It's just that the entrance was through the garage which was a little weird. Manu was very helpful and accommodating. The room was as described and expected. The location is perfect with couple restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It was a great stay!

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The room itself was clean, we did have issue with the bathroom drain but it was resolved timely by the maintenance staff. Overall we had a pleasant experience at the property.

the room was spacious and the entire apartment was clean. great location, safe to walk around. The gym was fully equipped. They have a laundry area and the views were great from the balcony. Great restaurants close by. The Chapultepec Forest is near by and was a great place to run and see all the attractions, statues, and monuments inside.

What stood out the most is how amazing the staff is. Manu and the entire front staff went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed. They were so polite and understanding to my son who is 6 years old and none verbal. I will definitely be staying here from now on. I also loved the location. There is a Liverpool shopping center two block east and a small walmart two blocks west.

Great clean room with balcony, fridge & microwave, comfortable bed; modern building, great location with restaurants and a Walmart within a 2-3 min walk.. very helpful and nice people to make the guest experience a breeze. For those going to the Venezuelan embassy, it’s just an 8 min walk.
