This place is SO dirty!! I didn’t even shower because I was so disgusted by the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The kids pool was the grossest thing I have ever seen. I regret letting my child go in because it made her sick! Stay away!!!

Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Trata-se de um hotel com instalações antigas. O box do banheiro é muito pequeno e o estado das torneiras e do chuveiro, evidenciam a necessidade de reforma. Cabe ainda registrar a abordagem, no mínimo deselegante, da recepção ao informar que o hotel não disponibilizaria estacionamento. A Hotéis.com, em nenhum momento, enviou para mim, de forma clara e explícita,.que seria cobrada a diária do estacionamento. O sentimento foi de ter sido enganado.

Acredito que o hotel estivesse em reforma, em alguns momentos era possível ouvir batidas como se estivessem quebrando paredes. O elevador é pequeno e só havia um funcionando. Atendimento e refeições foram a melhor parte da nossa estadia. Infelizmente nosso quarto estava vizinho a uma área em reforma, então incomodava bastante, uma sugestão, o hotel poderia informar sobre a reforma no checkin, porque você pagar caro e ficar ao lado de obra é complicado.
