The room and location is great! There a lot of restaurants and stores close by. The airport is a 7 min walk. The hostess was so nice she decorated our room for our birthdays. The only issue for me were the sheets had a lot of hair and the towels had stains

The apartment wasn’t what I expected at all, from the view to the size of the bed..I booked a king bed but it was a queen bed, it’s supposed to be a ocean view I got a view of the airport , the sheets was dirty the towels were dirty the ac barley worked! I would not book the apartment again. The hallway was stink! The only good thing about this was the hotel staff and security very friendly…next time would definitely stay in another apartment the pool and jacuzzi was nice..

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The amenities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful yet fun at the same time. Every detail seemed thoughtfully planned to ensure guests have the best possible experience. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service and hospitality. Another great recommendation by Expedia. We enjoyed our stay. Clean , quiet and efficient room. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and always smiling and gracious. The location of the property made it easy to find our needs wirhin walking distance. Great little dining spots, grocery stores, a gym and an excellent coffee shop within a 4 block radius. We enjoyed having a nicely stocked kitchen to cook a simple breakfast, make our coffee before we went to rhe gym. Thank you for your service and hospitality Cartagena Beach Resort!

Overall the condo was nice and the location was convenient, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping directly on the springs, and unfortunately we experienced body aches during our entire 4-day stay. I did reach out to the host to ask if perhaps the mattress was missing or misplaced because there appeared to be a mattress stored underneath the bed, but I was informed that the bed was set up as intended. I would strongly recommend upgrading to a more comfortable mattress to improve the guest experience. Additionally, only one towel per person was provided for the entire stay, so having extra towels available would also make a big difference for future guests.

Check-in was a long process. It took me about 45 minutes to be checked in and that’s including being on the line weigh in when I got upstairs to my room. There was an issue with my room so they had to move me to another room which I wasn’t too happy about. However, the next day they moved me to an inappropriate room, which I loved. The host communicated with me throughout the process. Although they say they answer between 8 AM and 8 PM sometimes they do answer before that but don’t make it a habit as answering before 8am is more of an emergency situation. The rooms were very clean and there was a cleaning crew cleaning the hallways 2 to 3 times a day. The property also has two cute dogs. I called them the back up security although all they do is sleep. The dogs are very cool, calm, and collected.

Every single day a family with kids kept there front door wide open and allowed their kids to run wild throughout the entire floor ringing apartment doors and disturbing other patrons! The family every single morning had no consideration for others on that floor as they woke washing and banging dishes at 8am every morning. They constantly played their t.v at loud levels during the day, once again with their door wide open! Security was contacted and spoke to the residents after i couldn't take it on the third day. Security addressed the family and they finally cut down some of the disturbance, however they still kept their apartment for wide open without a concern for other residents. I was told that leaving their apartment door was permitted, which astounded me. I couldn't believe that they would allow the front door of an apartment type complex to be kept open constantly like that. Day 1, the hot water didn't work in the the room. Cockroaches were running from behind the appliances!!! I had to purchase bug spray to address the situation. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser fell off every time you pulled a sheet from the roll of tissue. The shower handles were so cheap that they came off in your hand. Maintenance was banging every morning at 8am!!! They could have at least told potential clients that the has having work done at the time. place was a absolute disaster!!! I will NEVER stay at an apartment complex ever again from this experience!!!
