Simply perfect. We stayed for 3 days and none of us wanted to go home. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. A lot of things to do there like tennis, hiking, cycling, or you could simply visit Annecy (definitely worth it)

I was mostly happy to stay here, but bed sheets and towels were not included, which is strange. We did bring our own. There was no air-conditioning, nor any fan to cool down the room. This was very quiet hotel when sleeping =))

2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!

We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy.

The accommodation was very basic and disappointing. The apartment was so dark a light needed to be on all the time . There was no curtain on the lounge area where the sofa bed was therefore you were woken up early by the light . The main bed was so hard it gave me severe back ache for the whole 7 days . The sofa bed was stained . There was Costs that I think was unreasonable , ie having to pay for bed linen . Also I thought I had paid all tax’s but still had to pay more when arrived . Also when I asked for extra pillows they said this was not allowed i even asked if I could pay , still no .

We chose this place because it was close to the Giez golf club. Reception is closed between 12-16:00 and after 19:00 which is not convenient. We stayed 1 night only on ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Place needs serious maintenance, no ventilation in bathroom and toilet, stuffy and there was mildewed smell. You have to make your own bedsheets. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. There was a heating dryer but worked only 2 minutes and stopped working. Fridge freezer door was missing and we bought milk, juice and some food for breakfast which froze everything!! There was an inner door and didn’t close properly we had to close the wooden door in front which makes the place feel Claustrophobic as the window was small. TV was a very small seems like a 14” monitor. Sofa had no cushions which was really uncomfortable to sit. Looks dirty. The departure instructions require us to take out our own garbage, take out all our used linen, towels, clean dishes and the floor. Towels were really old and doesn’t dry properly. Definitely not worth staying there again. One night seem too long. Positive point was the bathroom, tub seems new and water pressure is good.

Résidence mignonne sur les hauteurs d'Annecy mais le logement n'était pas du tout a l'image de l'annonce ,nous avons chercher le lit double qui en fait était un canapé lit dans la pièce large de 120cm et matelas épais de 5 cm. Des toiles d'araignées partout et une mauvaise odeur des canalisations . Linges de maisons très propres par contre et accueil du monsieur très agreable. Le petit déjeuné était parfait, choix et agréable sur la terrasse.

Sympathique mais problème d'odeur de vieil hôtel dans les couloirs, piscine extérieure inaccessible en pleine canicule (moteur d'ouverture en panne) ; TV ne fonctionne pas (attendre un réparateur... pas avant le ?) ; pas d'endroit (salon, fauteuil confortable) pour lire/se reposer confortablement (dans la chambre : c'est spartiate, en bois ou plastique), rideau de la chambre ne ferme pas complètement pour faire le noir total ; et enfin la catégorie "studio" comprend seulement un canapé-lit, avec des protections plastiques insupportables et des oreillers durs comme des cailloux. Petit déjeuner pas avant 9 heures. En positif : un balcon avec très belle vue sur la montagne, golf tout près, village historique ... ambiance familiale et prix accessible.

Værelset var fyldt med skimmel. Indendørs pool området var også ramt af skimmelsvamp. Værelserne var desuden voldsomt beskidte. Vi ønskede at tjekke ud men hotellet vil ikke refundere betalingen. Vi tjekkede ud på egen regning. Hold jer væk fra dette sted.
