The location and safety of the facility were very good, but the cleanliness must be improved significantly. Dishes in cabinets were literally dirty. Bed sheets were extremely old, even ripped in some spots. The kitchen sink drain was clogged. There was a dead (small) cockroach in the evacuation card case attached to the door. The place is great, the garden is beautiful, birds are chirping every morning. But unfortunately, the apartment is outdated and cleaning must be improved significantly. Renovating the apartment and providing better cleanliness, even if prices are increased slightly, would be the best option to maintain this hospitality business.
