6/10 Good

I stayed here for five nights. The hotel was nice, and the staff member I interacted with was friendly. However, the check in process took forever. On the third day, I removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign from my door because I wanted housekeeping to clean the room. When I returned to the hotel that evening, I found that my room still hadn’t been cleaned. I was quite frustrated, especially since I had made sure the room was available for housekeeping.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed the large rooms with comfortable beds and the hotel was secured by having to use your room key to enter the premises. The only concern I had was with the breakfast. Other than making your own waffles and cold cereal, the eggs and ham, were very cold. And, the potato puffs were cold with absolutely no flavor! For your convenience, the hotel is located a very short distance from a mall center with a variety of restaurants and Aldi’s and BJs. I would stay there again; I would just get my breakfast elsewhere!

Home2Suites was very clean and I asked for a room away from the elevator and they accommodated me. They did have internet outage they still made sure everyone had what they needed to get in their rooms. Staff were extremely helpful.

Great facility and staff was great, however we had no hot water for 3 days out of our 7 day trip. Staff mixed up our room number several times (3 days) before maintenance finally came to the right room and told us it wasn't fixable. Once they moved us to a different room, everything was exceptional!

More for breakfast and more seating especially when there are groups going to breakfast all at once, individual couples were unable to sit down to eat.

One customer notice if you sold. Panchos for the ring just because your establishment is close to the football stadium that might have been a plus. Plus the other thing is I know you don't want smoking on your grounds but where you have people go to smoke. You should have some type of shelter just in case of the rain
