Horrible stay
Disappointing stay – unsafe room and misleading information
I booked what was advertised as a hotel room, but upon arrival I was told the room was actually an apartment located about 200 meters away from the main hotel building. Unfortunately, the apartment was in poor condition and not properly finished.
There were exposed wires sticking out of the walls, and some power outlets and light switches were incomplete or missing covers, which felt unsafe – especially for families with children.
Additionally, the listing on Hotels.com clearly stated that breakfast was included, but when we arrived, the receptionist told us it would cost extra. To make matters worse, the same receptionist tried to charge me again for the room, even though it had already been fully paid for in advance.
Overall, a disappointing experience. The place was not as described, and the lack of transparency and safety issues made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel until they fix these problems and improve their communication with guests.
