This hotel was an excellent choice for an American. The room was big and very clean. Some of the staff spoke English and were very helpful getting around and finding a taxi. There is no room service. The attached restaurant was not good for a non-Spanish speaker -- no printed menus just online. I could access the menu but there was no English version. Even though I have a pretty good Spanish vocabulary, I couldn't understand the food choices and no one was there to explain. But, there are lots of restaurants around that were more than sufficient.

We didnt have a good experience, staff at the front desk would give me proper invoice for the prepaid payment , they told me I have to request this from Expedia…at any rate, didnt want to continue arguing about it as I was in a hurry to leave. Important to mention that the property and facility in general looks dirty without proper maintenance, mold in the bathrooms and my room had floor carpets with stains. Look for another hotel

We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM and there were no front desk agents for 30 minutues. The rooms are dated. For breakfast, instead of the restaurant close to the front desk offering breakfast, I had to walk around to the very back of the hotel to have breakfast. To enter the casino you need to pay $5 dollars. There is no bar in the casino. In short, save you money, don't stay in this hotel!!!!!

Horrible, la peor experiencia en un hotel en mi vida y no estoy exagerando, no volveré jamás. Si esperas que este hotel, dado el precio, esté a la altura de un 4 estrellas, te equivocas: -Hotel en general: Completamente deteriorado, aspecto mal cuidado, como si no le hubiesen hecho una mantención en años, horrible. -Check in: Terrible, todo el proceso muy lento. -Habitación: Habitación sin toallas, sin batas, sin café, sin enchufes en los respaldos ni veladores, ni cerca. El baño un desastre, todo deteriorado, la ducha y artefactos cubiertos de sarro, oxidado, baldosas sueltas, sin frague. Alfombra, un asco. -Desayuno: Horrible, sin vasos, servicios, saleros, todo en el hotel es escaso. Atiende una persona a la entrada, mal vestida, sentada arreglando las servilletas, no se, parece circo pobre. La calidad de los alimentos malísima, todo escaso, poca variedad y malo. Es el peor desayuno americano que he visto en mi vida. Un asco. -Piscina: Agua muy fría, luminaria suelta con los cables a la vista flotando en el agua, atroz. -Comida: Sólo pedí servicio a la habitación 1x día, un simple pollo que es probablemente lo peor que he comido en mi vida. Pollo duro y muy mal sabor. -Estacionamiento: Horrible, es a la intemperie, compartes estacionamiento con todo el resto de las personas que van al casino. Esperé 1 hora para entrar y no había estacionamiento, después me pasaron uno que estaba a 500 m de la entrada . Los accesos en general son horribles. -Ambiente: Flaítisimo, horrible.

Pésima experiencia. Hotel mal tratado, sucio, ascensores sin limpieza, falta de personal. La sala de desayuno queda a una distancia inhumana y donde hay que pasar por una especie de Iceberg debido a la baja temperatura. Lo único bueno, el servicio de desayuno.
