We had a great stay! Our room were spacious and clean. The only issue was that the bath tub seemed to need some plumbing work. We really enjoyed the pub with a beautiful view and live music. The amenities were great and lots to do and the breakfast was thoughtfully curated.

Had a wonderful 3 days at the Windermere. The staff are amazing. The room really clean. Also enjoyed all the activities that place has to offer. The only thing is the water pressure in the shower is not very consistent. But that’s not surprising or inconvenient. Loved the stay overall and cannot wait to come back.

The place is located in a wonderful spot with a beautiful view of the lake; out of a post card. The building looks nice from the outside. However for the rate charged, the place needs some work. Elevators did not work when checking out so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. I didn’t have running water to shower on two ocassions. The television broke and since it was late night there weren’t any maintenance people available so I was offered the key to a different room to watch tv.. Beautiful setting but some basics one takes for granted in every hotel were not reliable (running water, elevators and television)
