This is a well-positioned place for access to both Bournemouth and Poole. Our room was fairly compact but had some good amenities such at tea-making facilities, hairdryer and a small fridge. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was good. Overall, the place could do with a bit of a makeover as the paintwork was a bit tired and the wooden windows could do with replacing, but there were some nice touches, such as the jar of biscuits and the small bottle of milk left in the fridge. The breakfast was really good with a selection of hot and cold food available and the evening dinner was also well-received. Parking can be tricky if the place is busy as there are limited spaces but the staff were very helpful and friendly

Really great stay the rooms were beautiful decorated and had lovely additional touches like a dab radio, gorgeous body and hand wash, tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. The staff were friendly we arrived early and they were able to let us check in early, free parking and a fabulous cooked to order breakfast included.

Bedroom was OK for my needs, there was a lightbulb out and the room was a little chilly. Staff were friendly but didn't take me and show me my room they allowed me to struggle with my luggage. Breakfast didn't commence until 8am which meant that I missed breakfast on both days due to getting to work on time and although you could get breakfast on the go, when I went to discuss this there was no staff member available and the app didn't show an option to book breakfast on the go. For me personally a wider selection of room service would have been beneficial as I was lone travelling and didn't want to go down to the bar for my evening meal and eat alone but room service options were very limited to small snacks. I would recommend the hotel as it was clean and comfortable and I would visit again

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, the rooms were only ever so slightly worn but soo comfy and cosy. A real home from home vibe. Homemade cookies were delicious 😋 I would recommend more tea bags though as a tea drinker 😉 The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We could not fault anything. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and will look forward to returning one day ☺️

The room was lovely. Nicely decorated and the little extras were a nice touch. The staff were very attentive and made us feel really welcome. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
