Facturas de restaurant sin detalle de consumo

La estadía fue buena en el hotel (buenas instalaciones y buen servicio), sin embargo me representó un problema el que no den facturas detalladas en el restaurante. Ofrecieron agregar las "comandas" del servicio. Estos documentos no son aceptados para rendición de viáticos por lo que yo deberé pagar por esos alimentos. Por esta razón no podría regresar o recomendar el hotel a personas, que como yo, requieren de facturas detalladas.

Nice hotel in downtown Chiclayo

Friendly staff, an easy (if bustling with traffic!) walk to the airport. Nice access to the downtown plaza with cathedral and city hall (about a 10 minute walk). Pretty good continental breakfast came with the room. A very good deal for what I paid. Room very comfortable and it was kept very clean. I would recommend this especially at the Expedia bargain rate.

Estuvo bien, en general no hay quejas. La atención estuvo bien, pero la infraestructura que está a disposición no va acorde con el precio.... no hay piscina, áreas o terrazas abiertas, solo hay un patio techado con toldo, cerrado, no muy agradable, bastante frio, que podría decirse es la zona social, pero bastante descuidada en ambientación. Definitivamente hay mejores opciones en la web para Chiclayo, con precios bastante similares. No es un mal hotel, en lo absoluto, pero está en el nivel en el que uno preferiría explorar otras opciones antes de volver. No es el hotel que uno diría "es mi preferido cada vez que llego a Chiclayo y no lo cambio". Ese sería un resumen de todo. Otro tema, cuando me refiero al precio, me refiero al precio de la web.... consulté el precio oficial en recepción ¡Y es absurdo! ¡Demasiado alto! Fuera de discusión. Esa sería una crítica directa al hotel... en fin, con los precios de la web de Hoteles.com al menos es una opción a tomar en cuenta.

Not as advertised but they were accommodating.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. However, we reserved a room that was advertised as being two double beds with the ability to request a rollaway for one of our kids. We are a family of five. When we arrived they told us they did not have rooms with two double beds, only one double bed (matrimonial) or two single beds. They were very accommodating and gave us a room with a king bed for the same price we had paid on hotels.com but did charge us extra to bring in a single bed. So, we made it work but paid more than planned. Also, they charged us 20 soles extra for two of our breakfasts because the room only included 3 breakfasts.

Good, but not perfect

The location is quite central and the service is good. We had a few minor issues with our room which were resolved quickly. Don't expect to have a quite stay. This is not the hotel's fault but just a fact of life with the traffic in Chiclayo. The hotel is a little run down in places and could use some simple repairs but it is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is adequate but there isn't a lot of variety. Overall satisfied with our stay.

This hotel is well situated near the center of the city, but is extremely noisy and the location is not very nice or save. They also forgot to charge us 50 soles for the taxes and called us two days later making a problema about it, when I had been their mistake all along.

Hotel comodo cerca al aeropuerto.

Es un hotel 3 * con un ligero 'upgrade', gracias a la atencion del personal, articulos como shampoo, reacondicionador, chocolatito, toallas nuevas, etc. A pesar de que tiene ventanas hermeticas con vidrio insulado (doble vidrio) se siente demasiado la bulla de los autos, ya que el Hotel se encuentra en una avenida principal, y en Provincia los taxistas usan demasiado el claxon. La bulla comienza muy temprano por la manana y te despierta.

It is a clean, good location, close to main square, malls and airport. Nice people in staff, and the best is its restaurant. Delicious traditional plates for lunch and dinner. My room was at the 6th floor not to the street. Very very nice rest, quiet and clean. Transportation to the airport is for free and very confortable vehicle. I recommend this hotel strongly.

Clean and cool

Had no water pressure in room the first day. Staff tried to solve problem by switching rooms, which was an inconvenience. Housekeeping then indicated they would get the issue looked at and by the end of the afternoon, plumber had repaired the problem (new fixtures, dirty lines). Room was clean, good size. AC worked very well. Breakfast smorg was good. Hotel is a bit out of the way.
