The location is spectacular, with beautiful views and easy access to everything the Dolomites have to offer. The spa was another standout—beautiful, diverse, exceptionally clean, and the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. Our room was cleaned and organized every day to an extraordinary standard. Everything in this hotel runs with incredible precision, while still feeling welcoming and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. When we return to the Dolomites, there is no question where we will stay again. Highly recommended—one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time.

Well kept hotel with good service, breakfast and perfect location in Campitello di Fassa for both hiking and cycling. Located close to a gondola bringing you up in the mountains, if you do not prefer to walk up the steep hills. Parking just outside the hotel.

We had a lovely stay here during our recent trip to Italy. The staff and service were exceptional, and having the option to eat a delicious 4 course dinner at the end of our busy day each day for a nominal additional cost was fantastic. (They also went out of their way to provide gluten free options for our daughter.) The view out of our window made the stay one to remember and the spa facilities were great! I would definitely recommend this charming location for anyone traveling through the area.

This place was very quaint! The beds and the room was very cute - we had a balcony that overlooked the town and the mountains. The staff was very friendly, offered to have dinner each night if we wanted for 20EU it was a 4 course dinner. We didnt' have dinner, but it might have been good. The continental breakfast was fabulous! We made our own carrot/apple juice, the staff made us scrambled eggs to order and many different options (even gluten free for my friend). The town of Capitello di Fassa is so cute - a bit small and there was not too many places to walk to eat. We ended up eating at a place nearby 2 times. Overall, I would recommend this place.

What a charming hotel with incredible spa, and superior service. Alex was wonderfully accommodating. The spa here is excellent it is a mix of sauna, steam, ice bath, 2 jacuzzi's, water features, relaxation areas and more. Just the total package. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was a very pleasant stay with very friendly and efficient personal. The room was large and clean - it is not new but has its charm with a lot of space to store your belongings. We had a balkon looking towards the lively village of Campitello. Importantly there is parking right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is great with large selections and many amazing cakes. Also the evening buffet and the dinner selection is a great choice. The small spa in the basement is also recommended. It has cold and hot small pools and saunas. This was a great and relaxing experience. We will definitely consider the hotel again.

Estava tudo limpo e impecável, quarto grande e confortável, banheiro de um tamanho bom também! Hotel com pessoas agradáveis em todos os locais de acesso, café da manhã bem saboroso e completo! O spa é sensacional, vale muitooo repousar depois de um dia de passeios, e o hotel fica super perto de um teleférico, o que facilita muito os passeios também!
