This hotel is just as the images shared and more beautiful in person ! Charming and warm welcoming staff made the stay even that much better ! The breakfast is varied and delicious ! My family and I enjoyed every day of our 7 days there and will return!

Best hotel I ever stayed in. Élégant, quiet, beautiful. We got the room with the veranda. It was marvelous. Breakfast on the veranda exquisite. The concierge Jonnel was amazing. He real care deeply about his guests. The speaks 7 languages, including French..which, I gladly spoke with him. He arranged for transportation and made restaurants reservations for us. Served us breakfast on our private veranda. Anything he could to make sure our stay was very pleasant. My wife and I will absolutely go back.

Inaccurate description

Friendly staff. Well designed common areas. A few “bait and switch” moments. Beach is not a 4 minute walk away as stated in description. You actually have to ask the staff to drive you there. The beach was ok, and an extra $20 per person. None of these extra costs are disclosed in the description. Gym is also $10 per person. Again, listed as an amenity but not transparent about extra costs. Breakfast was ok, but not worth $25 per person. We opted to eat elsewhere.

Where do I begin. This property is SO unique! The grounds are stunning, with lush vegetation and unique architecture. The staff, including a man who works at the front desk (the one who speaks multiple languages and is always in the best mood possible while being genuine and not overly fake which is a HUGE asset to a boutique hotel of this kind. I'm so sorry I forget his name, but you know who you are!) The breakfast was simply fabulous every morning and well worth the $25 for the quality and variety of the food you can order from the menu. It was simply devine. I travel a lot for work and also work in international hospitality so I mean it when I say it that you should try this hotel - you won't regret it!

This property was beyond amazing. I do not have one negative comment. The hotel had a tranquil and welcoming feel, like a mini White Lotus, but it did not have all of the drama. Everyone who worked there was so accommodating and pleasant. My best friend and I were there for four nights and most of our interactions were with Neil and Jonel. I hope the hotel recognizes how fortunate they are to have such passionate and caring employees. Though small, the pool was perfect, and with only 11 rooms, none of the shared spaces ever felt crowded. It was the opposite, we hardly saw any of the other guests. Get the breakfast - top-notch. The rooftop bar was spectacular too. I wished we had even just one more day to stay at the hotel and continue to enjoy the magic of this special space. I cannot recommend Hotel Casa Don Luis Cap Cana by Faranda Boutique enough. And again, thank you, Neil and Jonel, for going above and beyond to make our time at your hotel so memorable.
