Loved, loved, loved the room! It was bigger than I expected. It was an incredible experience. The only issue I had was that I reserved an ocean view room, and instead my view was of the hotel swimming pool, which was directly beside our patio. I loved the room so much that I was able to get over my displeasure with not having an ocean view. I would stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I like the ability to park in the building. Everything was super clean. The bath products were high end and the pillows and bedding were top notch. I actually ordered some of the pillows for our house after I returned home. I will certainly be staying there in the future.

There is a full size kitchen with dishwasher, full stove, large refrigerator ,stacked washer and dryer a bedroom separate from rest of room it was clean didn’t have or need someone to come clean the room every day plenty of towels and a sweeper if you needed it all the amenities in bathroom and with an exhaust fan! WOW we enjoyed our stay! View of beach just a street back from beach if you don’t mind that it perfect! Also plenty of parking in parking garage!!! Every one was kind and helpful!

Beach view was not unobstructed but not a deal breaker. Parking is a chore for bigger vehicles but with patience no problem.The staff is outstanding and friendly. Dining is diverse and close for the most part. Some nice spots are within walking distance.

The room itself was nice. The bed was a little too firm for our liking. We thought we had booked an oceanfront suite and this was across the road from the ocean. We also did not know this was a time share property. We probably would not have booked at this hotel either. It was a little pricey for it not being oceanfront. I didn't mind paying the higher price when I thought it was on the ocean, but what we paid was a little high with it being across the street.

We were extremely happy with our rooms! Not huge, but just enough room for the two of us. We had the unfortunate chance of a bad weekend for weather so we spent more time in the room than usual. The kitchen was well equipped with not too many things but just the right amount. The only thing missing was a vegetable peeler and rubber spatula but we accomadated. The bed was huge and bedding was so very nice. The bathroom and kitchen had all the necessary toiletries. With extra towels. We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer as well. Made it convenient. Check-In process was very smooth. All the staff was kind And helpful. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this resort. It smelled very nice, Even entering the foyer to the second door of the room. I really like that it felt like entering a home. We stayed on an end room. The only downside of that is our view of the beach was semi-blocked by the building on the beach but I believe the higher floors have a better view. We stayed on the 10th .And even though it was across the street, it still was very easily accessible from our building. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back hopefully with the beautiful sun shining on us! A few suggestions...lamp over the table where you eat, I would just change to dust-free chandelier. Kitchenchairs were flimsy plastic, the carpet was yucky, bed was very firm.couch stained and broken rollout bedchange this and you would be top notch 5 star resort!! Thank you for all
