The room itself was nice. The bed was a little too firm for our liking. We thought we had booked an oceanfront suite and this was across the road from the ocean. We also did not know this was a time share property. We probably would not have booked at this hotel either. It was a little pricey for it not being oceanfront. I didn't mind paying the higher price when I thought it was on the ocean, but what we paid was a little high with it being across the street.

We really loved our rooms. They were very comfortable and clean with a nice view. We would have liked it a little more if there were a coffee shop or something in the building or next door so we wouldn't have to walk so far for a quick bite. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great staff. Stayed during off-season, but room was clean. Excellent location that's a jumping off point for various activities. Needed help logging into the WiFi due to a Windows 11 setting on my computer. The support person for Carolina Grande was patient and helpful, solving my problem in under five minutes. Everything was great! Check in was quick and early. Room was spacious, had everything we needed. Pillows and blankets super nice, bed was perfect. Water pressure in shower was awesome. It was not right on the beach but across the street which was fine cause it was cold. We still had a nice view of the water. I would def stay here again.
