The amenities in the room were a lifesaver. I got the room with two bedrooms which was basically a small apartment. It came equipped with a small kitchen, washer and dryer, and even a closet steamer so you can look good every day. The view of Namsan tower was also great and we could not have asked for a better location--convenient but not too busy with people. Will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They tried their best to be as accommodating as possible and meet every request of their customers. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I travel back. The location was also ideal and close to everything, while still being quiet and tucked away. My family and I made the right decision staying at this hotel! We were extremely impressed with how beautiful and comfortable the hotel was. It is a little bit further from the hustle and bustle of Seoul, but we didn’t mind not being in the middle of the action since we have a baby. Also, it’s worth mentioning, that the breakfast buffet is PHENOMENAL! Very much worth whatever price they’re charging. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, 10/10.

Extremely clean and the room was spacious. I loved the scent of the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner, the shower and toilet were clean and had their own space/door. Loved the fact that the room had a washer and dryer and the convenient stores nearby and on the 2nd floor made doing laundry a breeze. They even have a coin luggage next to the hotel to store luggage in case you arrive before check-in or decide on last-minute shopping after check-out. Walking distance to Myeongdong market and was able to stroll at Cheonggyecheon stream every evening since it's half a block from the hotel. We will definitely be staying at this place again in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had a family suite which was beautiful. The staff was very helpful, the hotel room was cleaned daily, and we loved having a washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fantastic and had a wide variety of options. The hotel is located pretty centrally to key areas that are easy to access by train and uber.

We stayed at The Hotel Botanik for 11 days. Our room was cleaned daily. If we needed an extra towel the front desk was super quick in delivering. My middle daughter had a medical incident and they were extremely attentive in responding along with calling 119 Medics who arrived within 3 mins. Manager Brian came by the next day to check on us and asked if we needed anything at all he would provide. He was sincere in his patience and this was most appreciated as I was traveling alone with my children quite far from home.

The hotel’s location was extremely convenient, with two subway stations just a short walk away. Some rooms are equipped with a built-in washer and dryer, which is especially convenient for families who want to pack light. The full-sized refrigerator was another great feature and much more useful than a typical mini fridge, providing plenty of space and keeping everything properly chilled. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to families traveling to Korea.
