The hotel is very well located, close to Puerto Madero and with easy access to downtown by Uber. There is also a tourist bus stop just two blocks away.
However, there are many areas that need improvement. The flooring needs to be replaced, as it is very deteriorated. The elevators are extremely slow. The triple room we stayed in does not have a luggage rack, even though it is intended for three guests. The room is narrow and does not even have a desk. It has very poor lighting, making it feel quite dark.
The mattresses are comfortable, but the pillows are of poor quality, and the towels are old and rough. The bathroom is also very uncomfortable and would benefit from renovation.
The breakfast area is located in the basement, but the staff makes a great effort to provide variety and good service. However, the hotel requires urgent investment and renovation to improve its overall condition.
The windows are not soundproof, which allows outside noise to enter the room.
