It was a very basic room . For $190 I would not advise going here as it's a rip off rates Hardly any parking. An the concierge was terrible. Dressed like a bum. An it put me of the place straight away. Owner need's to sell his Ferrari he has there n put it back into the building.

The Chermside is an awesome budget accommodation. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them. The fact they sport Veterans ( I am one) is awesome! The pool, the parking, the breakfast patio, the Ferrari, brilliant! Best location for Chermside and shopping. excellent all rounder and exceptional value with outstanding staff. I could write a book. I wish other centers would this good. I most definitely will stay again. A must for ANZAC travelers!

We stayed here for one night before a flight out the next morning. Access to the accommodation was easy and the staff were friendly. Parking could be an issue as there are no reserved slots for your stay. We were lucky and parked in the last spot. Value for money the room was great, however, as mentioned to the staff, cleaning overall needed some attention.
