We stayed on the first-floor pool view side. The room was very noisy, especially early in the morning when they turned on the motors. The kitchen was worse than average. To boil eggs, we had to wait 40 minutes. No kettle or toaster was provided. The kitchen was not properly cleaned hygienically. The location was great. The beach is very close to the hotel.

Lovely apartment with comfy beds. I asked for a high floor room and got one at the top with good views inland. Good size balcony. The swimming pool is open but only after 10 am. Across the road are bus stops and an excellent information bus hub. [Ask about a bus to the airports.] This is a quieter, greener end of Salou so you may be using local buses a lot. I recommend walking the coast path and visiting all the little local beaches. [Warning. The nearest beaches are one heck of a climb.] A trip to Tarragona is a must, especially for fans of ancient Rome. A Dac supermarket is just across the road but the best is Coviran just past the information hub. The bad... Check in takes ages and you have to leave a credit card deposit of 200 euros. The hotel next door is a bit noisy but the entertainment stops at 11pm and the patio doors shuts off the noise. Permanent residents live here as well as holiday guests. You need to leave the apartment clean tidy and free of your own rubbish including any leftovers you might leave for the cleaner [who comes only after you've vacated it.] I would stay here again providing I had the same room.

I suppose I can’t complain for the price I paid, but the facilities were leas than basic. No kettle to make tea and coffee, and we couldn’t buy it in the hotel unless paid for full breakfast. Had to get it from cafe across the road. No light in the bathroom, let reception know but nobody bothered to fix it. Only hand towels available and only one roll of toilet paper. Good location although very close to night club and could hear music and karaoke quite late at night even with closed windows. Thankfully we only needed somewhere to sleep as were out all day, so it was ok

I was too anxious when i booked at this property then read the reviews. I was worried that my family will not be comfortable and won't enjoy our holidays. I booked last minute and my budget was limited. Went there without expecting anything. The apartment was basic. Basic swimming pool but my kids 5 and 3 years old enjoyed swimming. Near to shops and beaches so it was really convenient. Cons: 1 toilet paper roll only, 4pcs very small towels and bed linens with 4 spares were provided. (I did not asked if it is allowed to ask for a change though) Occupants should clean and tidy up. Otherwise €100 holding deposit will be deducted. We made sure that the balcony door was always closed because we can smell the smokes inside. Wifi details should be ask in the reception. No entertainment for kids.

The hotel is in perfect location,everything is close the beach the shops the restaurants,the staff in this hotel are amazing,but so many things I didn’t understand the kitchen is fully equipped whst is good,but they ask a lot if extra for big towels and their is not a hairdryer in the room that is an extra charge 5 pounds a day ?! I think this is a bit too much ,my room wasn’t spotless too

On arriving the reception looks immaculate but the pool area, rooms are absolutely filthy and need a total overhaul. Certainly do not even deserve 2 stars and the money paid is disgraceful and how they can get away with it is absolutely disgusting, no cleaning of the apartments what so ever I did it myself even down to buying stuff to wash the floors as my feet were filthy, the linen was clean but having to hire bath towels was an absolute joke, they even charge a refundable deposit on arrival in case you break anything but to be honest there is nothing in the apartment to break as it’s fit for rubbish, you have to hire a kettle/toaster which again is outrageous. To be honest the property is not fit to be advertised as it is unless they clean it up and redo the rooms and the pool area, the pool was full of debris and never cleaned in the morning.

I saw these being renovated over the winter, I've also stayed there before. I was disappointed that barely anything has changed. So why bother. Old wall and floor tiles. No new bath only sink still lots of old original stuff. Shame why half complete the renovation. The price however was amazing and still reflects great value.

Salou is a VERY hilly town. A lot of people encouraging you into bars and restaurants it gets exhausting. The hotel itself is EXTREMELY basic. Incredibly clean but you have to pay for everything including full size towels. You have to clear your room including any rubbish but staff are friendly and to be fair to the price you pay its perfectly acceptable

What i liked was the pool. Outdoor area and the bar ppol table.. Main ladies toilet had no toilet seat or soap to wash your hands so you had to go up to your apartment.. I think the railings on the balconies are very weak need more support. .It wouldn't take an awful lot to make the apartments better.. A kettle in the rooms would be great . The attractions in the area are excellent. Beaches, nightlife , shops and restaurants ♥️

It ticked most of the boxes for me and my partner, there was tons of restaurants nearby which are very affordable and the hotel is near the centre of salou and all of the main beaches. I would rate the hotel 8/10. Only issue I had which was small but did annoy me very much was upon arrival we were only supplied it half a roll of toilet paper which was on the toilet roll holder in the bathroom which was clearly meant for to do us for our 6 night stay, we ask for some more once it finished and they refused to supply us a roll and told us that we had to go to the shop and buy our own.

After some conversation with yourselves ans at the property managed to get moved to s different room after being initially told it was not possible. It got sorted eventually but spend most of my first day unoacking, repacking and unpacking again. Once sorted couldnt really fault it for value apart from construction noise. I could not check in for 3 hours after my arrival but if I paid €20 I could access my room. Bottom of bath was in really bad condition. No kettle and cooking rings would only work when air conditioning was on. No one came to clean the room and never got fresh towels the hole week, also had to ask maid a few times for toilet roll before she gave in and gave me one
