Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la demi pension était très bonne vin et eau inclus jusqu'au 15 septembre. La piscine intérieure est agréable. Pensez a prendre votre bonnet de bain qui est obligatoire, si besoin il est fourni sur place pour 2 eur. En ce qui nous concerne un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

piccola vacanza in familia

Cercavamo una struttura per trascorrere alcuni giorni sull'Altopiano e l'offerta del Golf hotel ci sembrava adatta, un pò fuori dal nostro budget ma grazie al programma fedeltà con l'utilizzo di alcune notti e il fatto di poter godere del trattamento di mezza pensione,il prezzo proposto diventava alla nostra portata. Sinceramente dopo alcuni anni di vacanze fatte in appartamento non vedevamo l'ora di trascorrere finalmente delle vacanze rilassanti in Hotel senza dover pensare ai letti da rifare e ai piatti da lavare o alla colazione e la cena da organizzare. Inoltre i servizi come la piscina, la spa e il parcheggio il loco gratuito e comodo ci hanno convinto che quella era la scelta migliore. Purtroppo nonostante la nostra camera fosse molto spaziosa la pulizia era di fatto molto superficiale se non inesistente! C'è da rivedere assolutamente il personale preposto e le attrezzature perchè con la scopa e la paletta non si fanno certo pulizie approfondite! inoltre i letti sono da rivedere assolutamente! il mio materasso era SFONDATO e anche se ho richiesto il cambio nessuno se ne è curato! Un buon RIPOSO e una pulizia accurata è il minimo che si possa richiedere da un 4 STELLE. Per il servizio colazione e cena non mi pronuncio perchè ognuno ha gusti diversi,io sarei per la qualità a scapito della quantità ma non tutti la pensiamo alla stessa maniera. La piscina andrebbe riscaldata di più ma conoscendo la situazione energetica attuale possiamo anche lasciarla passare. Mai più

Posizione dell'hotel invidiabile di fronte alle piste da sci. L'arredamento ed il bagno avrebbero bisogno di essere un po' sistemati, soprattutto i materassi. Una cosa soggettiva è che l'acqua della piscina a mio parere è un po' troppo fredda.

Tutto estremamente gradevole

Mi sono trovato benissimo, personale gentile e preparato, le 2 receptionist (Sabrina e l'altra di cui non ricordo il nome) sono state gentili, educate e disponibili. La cena era buona e abbondante, la camera pulita e spaziosa. Se dovessi cambiare qualcosa, metterei delle brocche a tavola in modo da non doversi sempre alzare per le bevande (self service alla spina, birra e vino compresi). La posizione è davvero top e il parcheggio grandissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Una bella sorpresa

Hotel davvero carino, camere piccole ma pulitissime e con arredamento tipico. Unica nota dolente il letto, leggermente scomodo. Frigo bar non rifornito, ma l'hotel è dotato di un bar aperto tutti i giorni, anche la sera, con un personale delizioso. Prezzi ancora più bassi che a Milano. Parcheggio molto ampio.

Non è affatto un 4 stelle!

Arrivati in hotel ci hanno chiesto di aspettare per darci la camera perché era presto. L'avevamo messo in conto ed infatti siamo stati a fare un giro per pranzare. Ci chiamano alle 13.30 per dirci che la camera era pronta. Torniamo praticamente subito, prendiamo le chiavi e andiamo in camera e la camera non era fatta! Quindi torniamo giù e ci fanno la camera prima di rientrare. Rientrando ci accorgiamo che la Wi-Fi che andava in hall e di cui ci avevano dato password, non andava. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ed hanno risposto "strano, se va in corridoio, va anche in camera". In camera non c'è il frigo bar, c'è il frigo ma è vuoto. Non c'è aria condizionata. Camera piccolissima. Non sapevo manco dove mettere la valigia per terra per girarmi. Per avere un po' di circolo d'aria dovevamo aprire la porta del balcone e la porta della camera perché col sole si formava una cappa e non si respirava. Di notte ci siamo svegliati che abbiamo dovuto aprire tutto perché non si respirava più. Un 4 stelle senza aria condizionata montagna o no non è un 4 stelle! Il bagno piccolissimo, praticamente la doccia e il bidè occupavano una parete, bagno quasi quadrato. Il mangiare la sera era buono, il servizio però non era da 4 stelle. Il personale non sapeva nemmeno parlare inglese. Vedevamo degli ospiti spaesatissimi che non sapevano manco come ordinare.Avevamo scelto quell'hotel perché volevamo avere dei confort e stare comodi, speso un po' di più perché tanto era una notte, ma alla fine pentiti.

Wir haben in einem sehr schönen ,sauberen und komfortablen Zimmer übernachtet.Das Personal war freundlich und sprach deutsch.Das Bad war modern eingerichtet.Wir hatten Halbpension und können das Frühstück und vor allem das Abendessen(4 Gänge) nur sehr loben.Es gab Früh Würstchen,Wurst,Käse,Tomaten,frisches Obst,frisch gebackene Croissant,verschiedene Kuchen u.v.m..Was uns nicht gemundet hat, war der Kaffee zum Frühstück.Schade ist auch,daß es nur an der Rezeption wlan( 4€ am Tag)gab und keinen deutschen TV Sender.Das Hotel liegt abgelegen,man kann gut wandern,golfen und Wintersport treiben.

weekend in famiglia sotto l acqua

Siamo stati in hotel lo scorso weekend e purtroppo la pioggia ci ha impedito di goderci la neve! Abbiamo scelto questo hotel x la piscina che però era fredda ed anche i corridoi x raggiungerla non erano riscaldati. Speravamo nell area bimbi ma il sabato è chiusa. Quindi non ci è rimasto che goderci il cibo, molto buono, e l alcool, bel bar in stile! Buona l animazione!

Hotel comodo a due passi dalle piste

Ottima esperienza però secondo il mio giudizio la cucina per essere un 4 stelle non è all 'altezza poi sempre per un 4 stelle la connessione internet dovrebbe essere sempre gratuita e non a pagamento poi infine per entrare nel centro benessere gli accappatoi dovrebbero essere in camera gratuiti e non a pagamento visto la cifra che si spende a camera tutto questo dovrebbe essere compreso!! Per il resto hotel pulito camere buone e personale simpatico !!!
