O flat é bem confortável, local de fácil acesso a pé a alguns pontos como mercado municipal, feira 25 de março e Brás, museu do catavento. O local é muito bom, tem mercado ao lado e tem lanchonete dentro do prédio. A parte ruim é que ficamos no segundo andar próximo a rua e fazia muito barulho dos carros mas nada que desabone .

Gostamos da localização, apesar de pegarmos muito engarrafamento pra irmos a qualquer lugar. Infelizmente fizemos reserva para 3 pessoas e tudo estava preparado pra 2. Por várias vezes solicitei suporte, desde quando chegamos, mas nada foi feito. Não havia boa vontade nem disposição em nos providenciar roupas e cama e banho para o outro hóspede. Tivemos que nos virar apesar do tempo estar terrivelmente frio. Foi muito ruim nesse ponto. A comunicação é falha e ineficiente.
