Nous étions dans la suite panoramique en front de mer (112), exceptionnelle ! A privilégier car aucun bruit de la route ou autre…et juste en face de la plage. Tout à été parfait, le petit déjeuner très copieux, le personnel aux petits soins, propreté impeccable, très bon restaurant en bord de mer à des prix plus que raisonnables. On a adoré notre séjour !

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the start to the very finish. Restaurant meals were outstanding and the view while we ate was nothing short of stunning. The room house keepers would leave towel animals on the bed and covered the room in flowers, which my daughter loved.

What a nice resort !!! It exceeded our expectations on various levels. A wonderful, peaceful place surrounded by beautiful plants and trees and facing a nice ' half private' clean beach. Jeeva Klui is offering so much comfort, that we hardly left the resort. We enjoyed very much staying in an Amra Duplex Pool Villa including private garden and pool. The entire staff was very friendly and delivered great service with a big smile. We definitely will not forget breakfast served every morning by ao. the likable Dini and Windri. When coming back to Lombok, we'll definitely strive to stay again in Jeeva Klui resort !

Beau resort, Changement de chambre effectué facilement grâce au personnel aux petits soins (1ère chambre situé en étage, au dessus de voisin bruyant) La déception serait plutôt pour la cuisine, qui était pas terrible pour un club Sandwich et une salade Grec sans saveurs. Nous avons préféré le restaurant Italien quelques KMS avant pour le dîner.

Staff here are always so friendly, hardworking and professional. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel that you are their number one priority. All this combined with idyllic surroundings and well maintained furnishings make for a wonderful holiday experience.

From arrival at Jeeva Klui you know you are in good hands. The resort is spotless and the staff are wonderful. Check in was super swift with a quick explanation of the facilities before we were shown to our villa. Expectations were high and Jeeva Klui did not disappoint. The villa was stunning! Beautiful bedroom with a huge and super comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space, Large TV and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was enormous with inside toilet and large sink as well as an outdoor rainshower and bath tub. The outdoor seating area was also enormous with a coffee table, chairs and a huge day bed for lounging. Beside this was an extra large pool which was spotlessly clean and just perfect for chilling after a day in the heat. Breakfast was A La Carte and offered a good variety of dishes all of which were excellent. We also had evening meals a few nights at the resort and the food was exceptional. Everything at this resort was just perfect for us but what really makes a good stay is the quality of the staff. I cannot praise them enough. So professional and showed a real duty of care to their guests. I can highly recommend Jeeva Klui.

My fiancé and I got engaged on the beach of this beautiful resort. The resort is beautiful, kind and helpful staf. We had the best best footmassage ever at the spa there. We ended up staying longer than booked, as we enjoyed it so much. The facilities is great, gym is modern, pools have nice temperate, and it’s on the beach. 10/10!

We stayed at Jeeva Klui Resort for three nights and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring from check-in to check-out. The service felt personal and seamless throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, the views were stunning, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Everything about the resort is thoughtfully done and of the highest quality. Jeeva Klui truly delivers a luxury experience with heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended — we would return without hesitation.
