Walked in the room and there were 2 dead baby cockroaches. The tv didn’t work and the smoke alarm battery was beeping to be replaced. Then in the morning there was another baby cockroach this time walking around and going in and out of the baseboards. Everything else was fine, really just a bed and shower.

Staff on duty unprepared to receive new guests. Guest should not be required to learn how to activate the television. Unit has roaches crawling around. Staff on duty was friendly and helpful but with a curt attitude. I can honestly state that I will not be coming back, you get what you pay for.

The staff are very nice, the room needed a bit of help though. Sort of dirty, dog hair on the bed. The room was a little stinky. But other than that everything was great.

Not the staff’s fault but someone had broken in through an unlocked window and used my bed and shower. The staff quickly reassigned me to another room.

You really cannot beat the price of this place and the people who run it are lovely, helpful, and super understanding if I ever need a hotel again injection city I would go here in a heartbeat!

Ms. J, the clerk was great. I knew I was getting a room in a bit of a dive, and it was. Room smelled, (smokers covered up by spray.) I had to get the maintenance man to get the TV to work (he did, and a great guy.) AC had “error” message every hour and shut down. It would go again once I got up and pushed a few buttons. Trash from last room tenant was under the bed and in corners. Not purposeful trashing the place. I kind of suspected it. Just need a place to sleep. I will say, the shower was nice! No breakfast but there is a Mr. Coffee pot with something in it!
