First of all, the staff deserve my utmost appreciation for being professional and welcoming. Being in a place where the staff still remembers your name several days into the stay — without having any particular reason to 😜 — really adds to the great service. We made a last-minute pivot in our Japan travel plans and decided to spend one night in Osaka, and we are so glad we picked the Waldorf Astoria Osaka (we literally booked it the same day). This was one of the nicest hotels of our entire stay in Japan. Brand new, great location near Osaka Station, and beautifully designed throughout. Our room was extremely large and elegant, with an amazing bathroom, excellent amenities, and outstanding attention to detail, including high-quality robes and slippers. Breakfast was exceptional, and we also loved the Peacock Alley Bar with its skyline views. Honestly, we wished we could have stayed more than one night. A beautiful hotel in every way.

We had such a beautiful stay here. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel special. Breakfast was excellent fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the morning. The bar was terrific as well. The staff truly went out of their way for us, making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a place where the people are this warm and attentive. Their kindness made our day even better. A stellar experience all around, and we would happily return. Would highly recommend staying at this property in Osaka when I come back this is where I’m definitely staying

Ich hatte ein King Deluxe Room für vier Nächte gebucht. Das Waldorf Astoria Osaka ist ein klassisches Luxushotel, neu und in hervorragendem Zustand. Es fehlt an nichts im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Ein (für Cardio) sehr gut ausgerüstetes Fitnessstudio mit Technogym-Geräten der neusten Generation steht zur Verfügung. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Er wurde tagsüber sehr stark von Familien mit Kindern genutzt. Ab 18.00 Uhr gilt dann Adults Only und der Poolbereich ist sehr ruhig (ich war sogar ganz alleine dort). Die Lage im Umekita Park ist ausgezeichnet, Umeda ist fussläufig in wenigen Minuten komplett wettergeschützt erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr nett. Beim Check-out wusste Gwen an der Reception sogar meine Zimmernummer auf Anhieb auswendig (sie hatte mich vier Tage zuvor eingecheckt). Mir ist bewusst, dass das Personal dafür Tricks kennt. Trotzdem fühlt man sich als Gast wertgeschätzt, und sowas zeichnet ein solches Hotel der Luxusklasse aus! Ich kann das Waldorf Astoria uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

새로지어진 우메다지역호텔이라 말잇못~ 피콕엘리 라운지에서 와인한잔하면 숙박비가 아깝지않아요 객실넓고 새거새거하고 그랑프론오사카 루쿠아와 구름다리로 잘 이어져있어서 쇼핑하기에도좋고 단점으로는 힐튼무료조식손님들이 많아 조식당혼잡도가 높아요 주차는 옆건물지하로 내려가야하고 발렛과 2천엔금액차이있어요 주차비가 비싸서인지 정말 텅텅비어있고 안내직원분들이 곳곳에 계십니다
