Overall, we had a lovely experience at Hotel du Nord. Our room was clean and spacious. The bedding was fresh and very comfortable. Attention to detail is needed in relation to dining utensils. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful, I loved that they offered 24 hour coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

It was not downtown old Quebec City which we knew and the drive was only minutes away from downtown. Overall very impressed with the place and it was priced great compared to downtown locations and prices. A must place to stay and an inside pool to boot.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! We stayed in the family room which was key for a family of 5. There was small mini fridge in the closet, which was useful. The shower had nice hair/body products. It was nice to have parking included! The continental breakfast was well-stocked. We would recommend!!

Nice location near the Saint Sauveur district which has great restaurants and bakeries. I didn't realize the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which was difficult for my 93 yr old mother, but they helped accommodate us by moving us to the 1st from the 3rd floor. Bianca especially was always super helpful and patient.

Rooms are okay beds are comfortable, but the floor carpet inside is a bit dusty/dirty you wouldn't want to walk barefoot inside the room. And for breakfast maybe add some basic items like scrambled eggs or even bacon would be great. Overall a good place to stay, good location, Beautiful & helpful staff and budget friendly hotel.
