Staff Berenice, Andrea and Micaela at the front Desk were very professional, friendly - helped me with tours, transportation, requests for my suite that was pristine. My 2 story suite was superb, 3 balconies facing Ave 9 d Julio, weather was awesome so I was able to keep the doors to the balcony opened, feeling the breeze and beauty of the city for most of my stay. The property is an architectural gem, loaded w history, elegance, good taste

localização muito boa, mas bem barulhento, um único elevador, a porta de entrada do quarto enroscava, e os ralos eram "meio devagar" mas não estavam entupidos. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Hotel é muito bem localizado. Mas o hotel em si deixa a desejar. No geral o quarto é bom, mas o colchão estava muito ruim, com deformações que prejudicaram o sono. O banheiro estava com o ralo entupido, mas eu mesmo consegui desobstruir. É um bom hotel, mas precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado.
