O quarto era muito grande, estava limpo e o café da manhã era bom também. O entorno tinha muitas opções de comércio e próximo a pontos turísticos. No dia que ficamos houve uma ventania muito grande em Porto Alegre e as janelas batiam mas acredito que foi especificamente por causa dessa condição.

o hotel fica bem no centro e na esquina tem um bar. no dia em que me hospedei havia uma roda de samba no bar que parecia estar dentro do quarto. o hotel é bastante antigo. banheiro com rejuntes com aspecto de sujos e cobertores de lã bastante usados. no elevador havia o cartaz dizendo que o café da manhã iniciava às 07h, porém quando cheguei o no café às 7h descobri que abria às 9horas. às 7h já havia bastante coisa faltando no café. havia apenas 2 tipos de frutas, sem mamão.

Este hotel foi uma grata surpresa, é um hotel mais antigo como a maioria dos prédios do centro histórico, mas muito bem conservado e com manutenção em dia. A limpeza precisa ser elogiada, bem como os funcionários extremamente prestativos e mesmo eu chegando antes de conseguir fazer o check in, foram solícitos em ajudar. Os arredores do hotel é bem no coração de Porto Alegre, a 2 quadras do mercado público e de fácil acesso para qualquer região da cidade, chegadas e saídas.

Na frente do hotel tem dois restaurantes. No período da noite até às 23:00 horas o barulho é ensurdecedor. Não tem como dormir. O ar condicionado é barulhento. A televisão não funciona perfeitamente. No chuveiro sem água quente. Segundo informações, eles tem manobrista. O estacionamento está aproximadamente 300 metros do hotel. Levei e busquei o meu veículo. Uma região muito perigosa a noite. Vantagens: Fica próximo do mercado central e do centro da cidade. O café da manhã é muito bom. Banheiro bom

Nossa viagem foi em família, utilizamos 3 quartos, e todos sem nenhuma reclamação. Hotel limpo e funcionários muito atenciosos. O café da manhã gostoso, mas com pouca variedade. A localização excelente, deixamos o carro na garagem, e fomos nos pontos turísticos do centro histórico e Cais Embarcadeiro à pe. Para ir em lugares mais longe, usamos carro de app, muito acessível. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar nesse hotel.
