This hotel is located slightly off the beaten path for the Brussels tourist circle, but it was a good location for us (near a daily vintage market and lots of vintage clothing stores). For my usual rating points: staff: friendly and accommodating, beds: comfortable, water pressure: nonexistent :( but two out of three isn’t bad. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive if not a little oversubscribed at peak times.

I visited Brussels with my family and friends and the hotel was a great location. We had a late arrival so it was not as busy. I felt safe overall in the area. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The hotel has a sheek and vintage vibe. I didn't opt in for the breakfast so I can't say if it was good or not. They have an elevator however it has a low capacity so there is a wait to use it. The room was a great fit for my family - beds are comfy, nice view, deep and narrow tub. Towards the end of the stay, my room door had a malfunction and was told that it happens when the door is shut hard so be mindful when you shut the door. The receptionist wasn't as welcoming at check out but it could have been a day off for them. Great hotel, safe community, good price.

Positives: The location of the hotel. The hotel rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. A nice plus was that two pillows were provided for each guest -one soft and one harder. Negatives: The breakfast was absolutely not worth the price. Very limited options in general, but especially for vegetarians. We booked breakfast for our entire stay but ate breakfast outside of the hotel half of our stay because we were not satisfied with the options. Another issue was the elevator. A maximum of 3 people were allowed in the elevator, which created a queue. There were stairs but we lived on the 5th floor which made us kind of dependent on the elevator.
