The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with essential amenities such as a comfortable bed, clean linens, air conditioning, and a functional bathroom. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was quiet and offered a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping maintained the space well throughout the stay. While not luxurious, the room offered good value for the price and was conveniently located near local attractions and transport. I would consider staying here again on a future visit.

Big, clean and well-furnished room with a beautiful view of the city, with the sea in the background. Only 5-10 minutes or so by cab from the CBD, and 15 mins to Flinders Station by tram - the stop is less than a minute's walk away. It was very handy to have a kitchenette in the room. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, reasonably priced with friendly staff. I stayed in three hotels in Melbourne, and this one was my favourite, even though it's not directly in the CBD.
