Very poor communication. Was difficult to contact anyone. They do not respond through Expedia messages, and one of the 2 phone numbers on their website do not work. We only had 3 towels in the room for 4 people. After calling to ask for another we were told no, our 6 year old son was too young to get a towel. Apparently he doesn't need to bathe? There are only 2 plates in the kitchen, so we couldn't all eat there without buying disposable plates. So don't plan to use the kitchen, which kind of defeats the purpose. Overall could have been a good place, but I am pretty frustrated by the communication and lack of provisions for more than 2 people.

45m2のデラックスルームに家族３人で３泊宿泊させて頂きましたが、十分な広さで快適でした。最初ハンガーが８つ準備されていましたが、洗濯したら足りなかったので初日の夜に追加をお願いしましたら、翌日追加８つを運んで下さいました。 ドライヤーも最新のもので風量も十分で、髪の毛が直ぐに乾くと娘もご機嫌でした。 駐車場は、ホテルの駐車場が常に満車で駐車出来ませんでしたが、近くに多くのコインパーキングがあり、その中で条件の良い所に毎日駐車出来ました。 欠点は、お皿やコップの数が少なかったのと、備え付けのシャンプーの質が良くなく、髪の毛がパサパサになりましたが、別のものを購入して代替しました。 テレビもFire TVで、色々なコンテンツを観る事が出来、快適な宿泊でした。 鹿児島には父親が住んでおり、頻繁に訪問しますので、次回も宿泊させて頂こうと考えています。有難うございました。
