When we got to the hotel,they didn’t have any information about our reservations and at the front desk was asking for proof of reservations,I showed him Expedia reservation number and it took him long time to figure out what was happening,Guy at the front desk was nice but it looked like they have poor management and not organized.On the basement of the hotel there some restaurants and it smelled very bad in the rooms.When I asked them about the breakfast they said since the hotel is under construction therefore they will serve the breakfast in the room,it was very limited and cold,I think this hotel should be removed from Expedia website, staff tried to fix everything but I think management is responsible for all this mess.
