I booked a Deluxe Double Room, City View on July 1st for Sept 19-20th. I was traveling 9 hours away. Two hours into the drive on Sept 19th, Four Seasons called me to say the booking was wrong. They didn't have a double room, only a single. There wasn't another hotel with a room available within two hours of Four Seasons. I asked if I would be compensated for it not being the correct room. Money back, a discount. They said no. I booked the room expecting a double, if they messed that up they should of made it right with me, I don't feel like I should have to pay for the double room and only get a single.
