Me and my husband enjoyed our stay and the view was great! We had bayside market place which was a walkable distance, a lot of food and shopping stores there. CVS, Ross, Marshall’s, are all close. Also, a liquor store just a block away. Beautiful rooftop where you will be staying called Vela with a pool and nice little bar bites. A great gym as well and designer district is only 10 mins away without traffic! All in all you don’t want to miss this and yes they do contact you through WhatsApp but rest assured they are super communicative! The hotel is called the Yotel and they have condos, trust me you will love the Yotel Pad Condo!

We had one issue with check in. The key in the app would not open the room probably due to some technical glitch, and security had to replace the scanner on the room door. The oven is a smeg digital oven. If you plan to use an oven, study up or read a manual on how to use the smeg digital oven. We did not figure out how to use the oven or the microwave, so we improvised by cooking all our meals on the stovetop. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We will definitely have this place in mind for our future stays in the Miami area.

Disaster

First of all it doesn’t hotel its short term rent apartment. And there is no Vip advantages normally we have early entry and late check out and free upgrade when I asked them they said I need to pay extra for upgrades and check in after I said I’m gold member they said no availability. When we enter home dishes was dirty in dishwasher. And on the lavatory sink was not working I told them they said we will fix after not. I’ll never stay again.

Location is great, centrally located and easy access to beaches, airport, tourist activities and attractions. Parking garage was convenient and reasonably priced. The pillow had a stench, which we had to use the extra pillow cases for more layers. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The hand soap dispenser in the kitchen had 2 different layers. The shampoo and body wash they provided seemed low tier quality, I had to buy toiletries as what they provided was non existent or sub par. After using their shampoo, lots of hair was falling off, I went to Target to buy toiletries and it was fine after that. They have washer and dryer for us to use, however no detergent is provided. Kitchen was clean and very organized and fully stocked with everything needed such as coffee maker (with coffee, sugar & creamer) pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, dish soap, trash bags, etc. Even have oven, stove, and fridge. Did not have a microwave however, but that should not be a deal breaker.

The location is great, very easy to walk to shops and restaurants. However, customer service was bad. I try to communicate with them many times but no one reply until two days before the check in date. I will prefer to book a hotel next time because you can always find someone you can talk to. Also, the bathroom door was broken.

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA EN UN ALOJAMIENTO

La peor experiencia en un hotel que haya tenido, la cama era de las que bajas de la pared, no tenian almohadas, las pedimos y nunca llegaron, dormiamos con los cojines del sofa lleno de acaros el cual cubriamos con las toallas y hablando de toallas nunca nos las cambiaron y eso que fuimos una semana, el estacionamiento no habia el pase de acceso en el candado del estacionamiento, perdi una noche que nunca se me pago, al otro dia que recogi mi pase me dijeron que se habian robado el candado y querian que yo les apoyara con 40 dolares, el closet siempre estuvo cerrado y por mas que les comentaba no lo abrieron y nuestra ropa la dejamos sobre el escritorio y para finalizar cuando iba a dejar mi pase de estacionamiento no pude dejarlo porque no pude abrir ningun candado, estuve hablando con una persona del condominio y nunca me dio solucion, trate de abrir todos los candados que estaban con el codigo y no pude, fui al hotel para tratar de dejarselo a alguien y la persona del Check out no quizo recibirlo y tuve que salir rapido al aeropuerto y despues me comentaron que me iban a cobrar 180 dolares por la tarjeta lo cual es un robo, le pedi la direccion para mandarla en paqueteria desde Mexico y ya no recibi respuesta, la peor experiencia de mi vida en un cuarto de alojamiento.

Great location!!! The parking was not available and was advertised as $25 per day and Subject to availability. I called many times to secure the parking but it wasn’t available repeatedly and I suspect it never is available. There was ample parking close but not for $25. The unit had a broken bathroom towel bar as seen in the photo. I didn’t use the towel bar as I thought it would fall off. The sofa bed was too small in the living room and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bedroom bed was great. Would recommend 2 people for this unit given the sofa bed is not an option.

Comfortable stay

The room could’ve been cleaner. There was wrappers on the floor, the couch is gross. Walls have quite a lot of scuffs throughout. The space was very much comfy and the online staff was the absolute best friendly and patient. I would stay again definitely would just like a better maintained room.

Had a terrible day in a half there..the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par, I was unable to bathe because they had no wash clothes available,I spoke to someone the whole day and a half they kept telling me they were going to get the things I needed and no one came, the pillows given was dirty and the comforter smelled horrible , I wasn’t able to get a early check in because they claimed they were cleaning but that was a lie because no one ever cleaned anything
