Estuvimos muy agusto, el personal fue muy amables y con buena disposición desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, la habitación la recibimos impecable. Por lo general, mencionamos algunos detalles a mejorar pero este hotel lo tiene todo perfecto, ojalá que sigan así. Recomendadisimo si visitan Comala!!

Estas condiciones generan inseguridad en nosotros como huéspedes y afecta directamente la experiencia de hospedaje. Solicito a la agencia que revise está situación y tome cartas en el asunto para garantizar cobros justos, razonable y proporcionales al daño real. Pareciera que no quieren que uno tome la Ropa de cama. Que quede intacta
