Location was beautiful, and particularly enjoyed seeing the nature reserve on site (must do experience). Room was clean and set up very pretty. However, mixed review when it came to the staff. Some members of staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Yet others (particularly some members of the staff at the Pool Bar and in the restaurant) were border line hostile, abrupt and rude. In addition, more could be done for the evening entertainment which can only be described as 'boring'. Finally, I understand that this is an 'Eco' Resort, but charging you 2 euros every time you wanted to change a pool towel is not cool! I get not changing the towel every day, but expecting the guests to keep the same pool towel for a week's break is a bit of a joke. Especially when they then give out 'non recyclable' plastic cups to drink out of at the Pool. But other than that, enjoyed my stay and would still recommend staying here as long as you expect some 'issues'.

Nice rooms and very nice people working at the Borgo. Sometimes a little waiting time for the shuttle between the resort, but nothing major. If you want to go for a nature walk with a ranger be aware that they only speak Italian on these trips. The breakfast is really nice. I would opt. for a stay with breakfast, but not with lunch and dinner as the options are limited and there’s only a 13 min walk to the town with more options. Here I would recommend Restaurant La Comida for pizza. The Pizza at the Restaurant La Vela in the resort is also nice, you can get a reservation from the reception. The beaches are nice, especially La Palme, which is a sandy beach, but come early as people are quickly occupying the chairs and parasols.

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines au Borgo Cala Moresca et avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L’ensemble du resort est immense et offre un cadre exceptionnel, avec plusieurs magnifiques plages, 6 piscines, des espaces verts, des parcs animalier et de nombreuses activités. Il y a tellement de choses à disposition sur place qu’il n’est quasiment pas nécessaire de sortir du resort pour profiter pleinement de ses vacances. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le Borgo Cala Moresca, qui est la partie la plus charmante du resort, avec ses petites maisons en vieilles pierres qui donnent beaucoup de caractère au lieu. La plage située juste à côté est absolument magnifique et constitue sans doute l’une des plus belles de l’île. Le fait qu’elle soit réservée aux clients du resort est également un vrai plus. Un très beau cadre, beaucoup de possibilités et deux semaines passées dans une ambiance vraiment agréable. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs !

Vi fik en ærgerligt start på vores ophold og måtte først vente 40 minutter på at få lov at tjekke-ind med et lidt for laid back personale, hvorefter vi ankom til vores værelser, der lugtede af skimmel og havde et meget indelukket indeklima. Vi fik dog lov at flytte til andre værelser, men vi fik indtryk af, at dette sker jævnligt, da vi talte med et andet par, der netop var skiftet væk fra de selvsamme værelser. Overordnet set er værelserne på Cala Moresca ikke imponerende og ligner ikke billederne på hjemmeside og sociale medier. Morgenmaden er ikke specielt god, og tjenerne er mange unge mennesker, der ikke er vant til servicebranchen. De er hele tiden lidt bagud med at fylde op, men de løber så stærkt, de kan og efter bedste evne. Maden på resortet er ikke synderligt god, men til gengæld ret dyr, så det giver mening at køre ud i de omkringliggende byer og få nogle gode madoplevelser også. På pizzariaet på Cala Moresca gav vi mere end 20 euro for forkogt pasta til vores datter. Resortet ligger meget naturskønt, og udendørsområderne er meget smukke. Vi nød en dejlig pool, der var holdt ren og pæn, og personalet i baren var søde og imødekommende. Det fungerede fint med shuttle bus til de andre hoteller på resortet, og det var også nemt at have vores lejede bil parkeret i gåafstand fra hotellet. Alt i alt en god oplevelse, men til prisen havde vi forventet mere.

Et lækkert sted gemt i klipper og skov, hvor du skal være fornuftigt gående, da der er mange trapper, skråninger og brosten. Stedet trænger til renovering og ser lidt slidt ud i forhold til billederne, men det virker også til at renoveringen er i gang udenfor sæson, blandt andet er badeværelserne helt nye. Pools er gode og der er mange af dem. De er åbne fra morgen til aften, selv om der skiltes med at de er lukket om eftermiddagen. Vi har oplevet at de har en del løv fald og at rengøringen af dem kunne være grundigere. Nogle liggestole er defekte og madrasserne ved pools har set bedre dage. God underholdning på hel området, som er meget stort, men der går shuttle busser hvert 15 min og det fungerer fint, når der ikke har mange der skal bruge dem samtidigt. Husk at booke transport ved afrejse, da der ellers kan være en times ventetid, da mange tjekker ud samtidigt omkring 10.00-11.00. Tortolì by er et besøg værd med hyggelige restauranter og en gågade med lidt shopping.
