6/10 Buena

Clean room. Ac did not work at all! Mechanic was called, it worked for 5 minutes, and never again. Bed was comfortable, but all other furniture was very basic. Restaurant was good and staff were helpful and friendly, but I prepaid b&b, but still had to pay for breakfasts. I suspect this was a mix up between agent and the hotel, but I don’t know.

The facility as a whole and the room, very clean. the staff was friendly and prompt to respond. The cafe/breakfast area was clean. The food was excellent. We are strict Swaminarayan diet. That was available easily, upon request. the ladies waiting at breakfast were v responsive, helpful and courteous. The mall is just within easy walking distance. The tall, strong gate, gives a good sense of safety and security. Though the Hotel is located in a good area. Excellent rate too!

Room was very clean, had a microwave and a fridge which were huge bonuses. The restaurant was very nice, good food, courteous staff and generous discount for in-house guests. There was daily housekeeping which was quite nice

6/10 Buena

The room was not clean, but after talking to a management staff the situation was immediately addressed. The bed, bedsheets, towels were at sub-standard and probably need a change. They were torn and ragged, The hotel is appropriate for a simple low tier accommodation. The location is great.

If anyone is interested in staying at the glam Hotel, U should understand that the chef is top-notch the chef that comes on at 2 o’clock in the afternoon can cook a lamb chop like no other best chef world worldwide. The front staff is awesome. They do attend to every need. The building currently is undergoing some renovation so I expect the prices to rise, but it’s worth staying there just to eat the food on the rooftop restaurant.

Romslig rom. Alt i Alt veldig bra hotel, kommer gjerne tilbake - anbefales
